I ordered from five guys and the food was nasty. nothing was made correctly. They gave me the wrong order and my food was open. Five guys told me that they were very busy. No wonder why the food had no seasoning. Would not recommend five guys. Next time I’ll order shake shack or Harlem shake. Food is way better. And they present it way better and don’t have to worry about my food be tampered.

They put all these disgusting slimey oily-half-warm oddly chopped onions on my burger and it made me want to puke. Everything else was perfect. But unfortunately, even when I scraped them all off their horrible flavor still permeated the meal. Just weird because I didn't ask for that.

Still good with really fast & friendly service but have come in much lesser now. Definitely need some remodeling. Even back in 2013, I always ordered take outs since I've never been a fan of their decor.

The recent renovations were a complete disappointment. While they added more seating, it came at the expense of quality. The burger was flavorless, lacking any seasoning whatsoever—it honestly tasted like water. On top of that, the place is swarmed by delivery drivers constantly asking for their orders, which creates chaos. They should focus less on delivery and more on improving in-store quality. Safe to say, I won’t be returning
Had an amazing experience here today. The service is spectacular. The cashier I had today is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s like as I was ordering my toppings, she was right there with me - like she could taste item as I was deciding. Providing that type of service is a gift and it totally got me excited to enjoy the Five Guys burger I was already craving for about a week. This is a great location. Kudos to the staff.
