This place is always understaffed and cannot handle the amount of orders they get. Always around 20 delivery people inside waiting at the pickup area. Don’t order for pickup unless you want to shove your way through. If you order in person you’re waiting around 20-30 minutes. Pretty crazy. I’m assuming corporate or management refuses to properly staff it or refuses to give livable wages so they can’t retain staff.

I was totally disappointed im disabled I just beat cancer the manager was a young female they gave me the wrong burger and I asked what happened this woman was so rude yelling and waving her hands so I left 50 dollars for two shakes two bacon cheeseburger and no cheese was on it strawberry shake was trash too sweet taste like vanilla base that’s wack

🍔 Five Guys Burger - New York
The vibe and service are pretty standard — nothing special, but nothing bad either. Friendly staff, clean tables.
The burger is way better if you eat it hot and fresh inside the restaurant. It’s big, juicy, and packed with toppings. But once it cools down
 it turns bland fast. Like, “Did they forget the seasoning?” kind of bland.

So my advice: Don’t do takeout! Eat it in-house while it’s still warm — you’ll enjoy it a lot more.

Overall, it’s decent. If you’re in NYC and passing by, it’s worth a quick stop. Not a “must-try” experience, but definitely not a waste of time either. The price is fair for what you get.

My family frequent this location often, so I was hesitant to post this review. But after the attitude and response we received when we called, we felt it necessary. After calling the store when our order was missing the little cheeseburger, we were told we needed to pick up the burger from the store although it was their mistake, after paying a delivery fee and tipping the delivery person. The bread on my grilled cheese were two bun sides that were inside out?!? And the cheese was not even melted. It definitely appeared as if the sandwich was just thrown together. We ended up submitting a claim for a refund for the burger through the seamless app. I hope this was just an isolated incident. Disappointed.

I had a bad experience today at this location. First of all I ordered on the app. I get to the location and my order is not ready. The app told me in 7-12 minutes. I get there and it's another 30 minutes because the employee didn't make my fries. To complicate things; there were a bunch of delivery workers surrounding the counter and the pickup windows clerk didn't acknowledge customers who were waiting. I had to muscle my way to the counter top just to make them aware that I was there. How about having a separate windows or area for the delivery people like a secured locker where you can put the customers food in and they use a code to pickup from there. The delivery workers shouldn't be huddled around shoving their phones in the clerk's face. Furthermore, the fries I ordered, I don't believe I got the usual and then some if you know what I mean. This location needs to be better managed and organized.
