Probably the best run fast food restaurant I’ve been to in NYC. Staff working like crazy at every station and super on top of it. Very pleasant surprise especially considering the busy area.

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this establishment. When my friend mentioned her allergies to milk and eggs, they went above and beyond to prevent any cross-contamination. They prepared a lettuce wrap for her, which she absolutely loved.

The best fries ever, very delicious, crunchy and filling. The burger is delicious like any local style. The price, slightly high for my taste. 22.50 a burger with cheese and bacon (double) + regular fries + bottle of coke.

This is Ray Mack From Mack11media digital News today I'm reviewing hotels & restaurants I'm currently staying at the Riu on 8th Ave times Square and had a taste for the 5 guys restaurant No Diddy ... I preordered burger shake and cheese sandwich waited about a good 30 mins it's basically a 4-minute walk four blocks I get to the restaurant just to wait another additional 15 minutes at the restaurant. I asked for my order. Apparently it wasn't ready. I saw where they plucked it from. They have a place where they put all the orders. Apparently my order was sitting there and me sitting there for 15 minutes is kind of ridiculous this particular five guys needs to retrain their employees as well as their management staff because waiting 45 minutes for a takeout order is kind of preposterous
