I got a classic cheeseburger combo to go and to my surprise it was surprisingly fresh and juicy the fries were great as well. My only qualm is that the bun wasn’t so good and quickly started falling apart. Another thing is that it came with an a ton of packaging, I got 3 bags total including a box for my food. The staff was very nice. It’s somewhat of a strange facility because it seems like it’s made for dozens of people but I’ve never seen more that a few people in there at a time. Overall good and is pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a dash food ihop.

Stopped in for dinner before a show at the Gramercy. It's a little expensive, but you're in New York. Food was good, came out fast, place was clean, and employees were pleasant. Don't need much more than that.

I stopped in Flip'd by IHOP after passing it many times when walking down East 23rd Street. It is a nice place and well worth the money when you need a good meal for a decent and fair price at a time when this is becoming rare. I had a Hamburger and French Fries with a Pepsi and the meal was $11.00. It was a very good price for the quality of food and the portion size that you got. The burger was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious. The lettuce could have been a bit cleaner and fresher but the overall burger exceeded my expectations and it was also oversized so it made a filling meal. The fries were a bit overcooked but still good. The also included a nice sized Pepsi. The service was very friendly and welcoming. The guys that worked there were really nice and very quick with the food. The plate presentation and the amount of food was nicely done and very generous. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are on a family budget when visiting New York City.

We visited on our very cold first day in NYC. It did not disappoint! We had French toast and pancakes each- my boys clearly should have shared a pancake stack as it was pretty big! It was a little cold in the restaurant and there were very few other customers. The fruity French toast was well worth it. I ordered an iced tea but it was unsweetened and didn’t taste great. I’m fairly certain I’d asked for sweetened but if not that’s my fault. Would return if I was in NYC.

This was a quick, simple and good breakfast. And at a decent price. Just what we needed on our last day in New York.

Craving pancakes lately and decided to stop by. Yay for not having to pay service fees and tip. Everything is self-serve. Order at the kiosk, wait for your food and pick it up at the counter when they call out your name. Same delicious pancakes, waffles, and french toast as a traditional sit-down-and-order IHOP. Breakfast burritos were also amazing. The seating was plentiful and bonus points for a clean restroom.

Wrong items in the burger and burnt patty. One of the worst foods I’ve ever tried, didn’t even eat a quarter. of it.

The food is really good, affordable, clean, and customer service is great. The service is also fast and convenient. They have dairy free options as well. One woman in particular at the front pickup was extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely come back again and recommend to others in the area.

Fresh pancakes and French toast. You can grab the food and go to Madison Square Park or eat at the restaurant.
