Food was 10/10! We got soufflé pancakes, fried chicken, hash browns, bubble tea, mimosa, and egg whites on the side! Everything came out perfect l! I recommend going right when they open to get a table, this place gets busy quick! Once 10/11am hits you’re looking at 1+ hour wait. Service is good considering how busy it always is, there are multiple servers that will float around so you might not have the same server for your entire meal.

Misleading information on website and VM. Says they will open on November 7 after renovation. People traveling waste their time. All they need to do is update their webpage so people do not make the trip unnecessarily

I’d been craving soufflé pancakes ever since our trip to Japan, and I was so happy to stumble upon Flippers. Their pancakes are just like the ones I had there, light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. But the real star of the show? The truffle fries. I could eat those all day! The vibe is bright and cheerful, and the service is great. A perfect spot when you’re in the mood for something fun, tasty, and satisfying.

Flippers is a hidden gem. Stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat as I was killing time from the passport office. It’s easy to pass by from the outside but it is worth it checking out. We walked in and were greeted nicely. We were taken upstairs where the real beauty of the restaurant is. Their menu is short but has various options. I ordered an omelet, that comes with an option of fries or salad, and a French Kissed mimosa. It was a hearty portion and was worth every single bite. I opted for truffle fries which did not disappoint. The mimosa was delightful. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my whole experience.

I’ve been meaning to go for 4 years and I finally made it. I went for lunch and was able to get a solo seat right away. I ordered the normal flippers pancakes which were really good and a honey lemonade. The lemonade never came so can’t talk about that. The pancakes were great but not phenomenal. It’s weird because I have nothing to compare it to.
