Stopped by for dessert and tried the matcha soufflé pancakes for the first time. They were super fluffy. So light and easy to eat. I could’ve ordered more!

Flippers is a hidden gem. Stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat as I was killing time from the passport office. It’s easy to pass by from the outside but it is worth it checking out. We walked in and were greeted nicely. We were taken upstairs where the real beauty of the restaurant is. Their menu is short but has various options. I ordered an omelet, that comes with an option of fries or salad, and a French Kissed mimosa. It was a hearty portion and was worth every single bite. I opted for truffle fries which did not disappoint. The mimosa was delightful. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I enjoyed my whole experience.

Really enjoyed the eggs Benedict! The portions were filling and it’s a brunch sport worth checking out in SoHo! 😋

I’ve been meaning to go for 4 years and I finally made it. I went for lunch and was able to get a solo seat right away. I ordered the normal flippers pancakes which were really good and a honey lemonade. The lemonade never came so can’t talk about that. The pancakes were great but not phenomenal. It’s weird because I have nothing to compare it to.

I went here with my friend for breakfast! I got the mixed berry pancakes, which were delicious and not too sweet! My friend had their egg combo. We also shared a parfait. The pancakes came out quick which was a pleasant surprise- the menu says it can take up to 20 minutes. We came around 9 o'clock and it was pretty empty, but it filled up fast after we arrived. The menu is simple and short which made deciding what we wanted easy. The only downside is that we didn't like the parfait that much, only because the jam inside wasn't to our tastes. The granola, strawberries, and whipped cream were great otherwise. Recommended!

Flippers is a trendy spot known for its fluffy soufflé pancakes that are as photogenic as they are delicious. The menu offers sweet and savory options, with portions that feel indulgent yet light. The airy, cloud-like texture of the pancakes sets them apart, and the cozy, modern atmosphere makes it a fun place to enjoy with friends. Service can be a bit slow during peak times, but it’s worth the wait.

Food isn't bad at all. For me the portions are to small. Worst part was my food took alot longer than my coworkers food. At least 15 minutes later. I honestly expected the souffle pancakes to be something out of this world they were okay.
