Flippers is a hidden gem. Stumbled upon it while looking for a place to eat as I was killing time from the passport office. It’s easy to pass by from the outside but it is worth it checking out. I’ve been meaning to go for 4 years and I finally made it. I went for lunch and was able to get a solo seat right away. I ordered the normal flippers pancakes which were really good and a honey lemonade. The lemonade never came so can’t talk about that. The pancakes were great but not phenomenal. It’s weird because I have nothing to compare it to.
I went here with my friend for breakfast! I got the mixed berry pancakes, which were delicious and not too sweet! My friend had their egg combo. We also shared a parfait. The pancakes came out quick which was a pleasant surprise- the menu says it can take up to 20 minutes. We came around 9 o'clock and it was pretty empty, but it filled up fast after we arrived.
