Absolutely excellent. My husband introduced me last month and I have been eating their food non stop since LOL! My favorite is the lomo saltado its so delicious! The arroz chaufa is also amazing. And just tried the tacos today and they were also amazing! They follow all my requests online to the T which I LOVE because I can be a picky eater. The ONLY suggestion I can give is to offer the option to buy an order of french fries as a side! ? TY for always delivering excellent food and service!
The service is 100 out of 10, we came from far away just to try the ceviche that some friends had recommended to us. The truth is, the boy in charge treated us very well and they cooked with a lot of love. My wife and I are from Colombia, but we have visited Peru, and the taste of this food took us back to our good memories in Peru. Don't hesitate for a second to go there and enjoy a ceviche, chaufa rice or any other Peruvian dish ????

Today, Monday 16th, I stopped by this food truck vendor. It says on Google Maps that this is a Peruvian food venue, but I can tell that this is not a Peruvian food venue. I had chicken salteado, the chicken was full of seasonings( cumming) as if this was curry chicken...I told a (female) employee about it but she just reply "my customers don't give any feedback and they just eat it" I also tried the arroz chaufa, which is another dish that wasn't cooked right. It was too salty and with an incredible lack of flavor!
My question is? Why don't you use your time to watch a video on YouTube and learn how to cook a simple Staple Peruvian Dish? Why not? It breaks my heart when a restaurant or food truck vendor cooks distasteful Peruvian Food!
This is not a Peruvian food venue. It looks more like a Hallal food.
The only thing that really surprised me was the sauces, a couple of sauces executed to perfection! With an incredible flavor and medium spice! It is why I gave 2 ?
