My friends and I dined on a recent Thursday night and found the restaurant and bar area to be fairly quiet. Our server was lovely and gracious from beginning to end. The variety of frozen margaritas had by all were thoroughly enjoyed (although I would highly recommend the Rosalita!). Delish guac and chips to start All four of us loved our entrees (my shrimp dish was excellent). We were stuffed as we waddled out, having closed down Fonda!! Highly recommend!!!

Fonda is our team's absolute favorite go-to spot! The ambiance is warm and inviting, the service is always top-notch, and oh my goodness—the food and drinks are a solid 10/10 every time. A special shoutout to Rosita, our server, who was incredibly personable and attentive—she truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

The staff are INCREDIBLY NICE AND SO SO SWEET. One of the best service I’ve experienced. They truly care and are warm. Thank you so much to the waiters and staff for the very tasty food and being so kind. The proportions were good for the price. We will be back!

This is my absolute favorite Mexican food place in the city, and this is coming from a Mexican born and raised. The food is authentic and delicious, drinks are always on point and the check is never excessive. It's great food and ambience at a very accessible price for Tribeca.

The service and the place was good. Drinks were great. However, there was some inconsistencies in the food quality. Some meals were great while others were, at best, average. The price didn't match the quality. I'm sad to say, but I wouldn't recommend and I won't be back. FYI, there's a 20% fee for groups. We weren't aware of this.

Great spot for both happy hour and dinner! As we have enjoyed the other location in Chelsea, it was great to welcome this establishment in Tribeca. Birria de res was an interesting spin! The guac was tasty, and I’d recommend getting the spice on the side. HH all night Monday and Sunday; 4-7 p.m. Tuesday to Friday.
