Got the pour over coffee and it was some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted.

Really hard to give 4 stars, considering the coffee is not that special nor as hot as it needs to be. The staff are great, welcoming. The chia overnight oats bowl was horrendous, lacked any flavor. Underwhelming but the coffee does the job on the block. The coffee is pricey.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, but have to go through two heavy doors.

Great americano and pastries. Have in mind there is not Restrooms in case you need it. Besides that all good.

I stopped by this place to have a drink with an acquaintance.
It's just a coffee shop
The name Roastery is a waste.
I don't know if they use good coffee beans, but I was surprised to see that the portafilter contained the coffee beans without any water. The basics are not there. If you want to enjoy coffee itself, find another alternative.

Cold brew and Funfetti cookie both slapped. Will definitely make this my office coffee spot. The almond croissant looked top-tier and I’ll try that next time.

The guy who served us was most unpleasant from the beginning. With a passive-aggressive attitude that we did not understand. No intention of helping and with an unfriendly face all the time. The coffee did taste good but with that service you won't want to come back.

This charming café offers an outstanding variety of coffee, although the barista might seem a bit reserved in that characteristically German way. As expected, the background music is equally impressive.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon was super busy with one barista working and yet the service was immaculate. The coffee was 10/10 and the barista was super friendly. He engaged In conversation with me and my coworkers while taking more orders and making more drinks. Had a smile on his face the whole time will definitely be coming back for more!!!!!!

Awful service, only 1 barista working who looks like he’d rather be anywhere in the world but here. Almost felt like we should apologise for being an inconvenience to him! Grunted one word at us through the whole process. To top it off coffee was only average at best.

As far as coffee goes, I drink pour over or drip with nothing added, so I can’t review on all the flavored versions of Expressos. The coffee here is outstanding. It has the best flavor of any place I’ve been in NY, so far. Although I didn’t get it today, I do like they have the pour over option, as well.

POP Emergency

The guy who served us was really unpleasant, he seemed annoyed by the mere fact of existing and being in the cafeteria, he pretended not to speak Spanish and seemed to be amused to see you trying hard to communicate with him, until he thought it appropriate to speak to me in perfect Spanish to tell the collar of his shirt something that I barely understood.
He neither greeted nor said goodbye.
I don't understand how he keeps his job, a shame because coffee is so exquisite that it deserves much more affection, love and dedication.

Love this place but I just made my son walk out of the way there and they had decided to close 30 minutes early. You need to follow your posted hours!!!

Cookies were good, but for a place that emphasizes their quality of coffee, it was over extracted and inconsistent. Also seems to be always under staffed with only 1 person working, even on Saturday mornings which leads to grumpy barista and poor service. It’s a ok place if you need a quick caffeine fix, but I’d find other options if you see 2 or more people in line.
