The services was terrible. They forgot items we ordered, took very long even though it wasn’t busy, spilled orders, and they were over all rude and bad at their job. The food was good and I liked the design of the place.
As a fellow barista I’m normally understanding, but they were just awful.

super cute place, easy to find on the maps. our coffee was DELICIOUS super expensive though (over $10 for each) ((it's nyc though)) the employees were friendly to us, and they were quick. lots of pastry and drink options, bottled and can bevs included 🥳

Great coffee and blueberry muffin quite tasty. Nice vibe!

Stopped by for a afternoon coffee session and was quite impressed how close it is to the Times Square. Got caramel latte and it tasted good, I enjoyed my cuppa.
The Barista who was there to serve was quite passive and rude, hence 1 star for the service. She was rude while taking order and also had a vague reply when asked for a restroom, not at all pleasant 😒

Walked in at 7:10 am (they open at 7:00). No one else in the place. Guy behind the counter was organizing something and he glanced up with a blank look and quickly looked away, saying nothing. He seemed annoyed I came in. He finally acknowledged me after another 20 seconds, asking what he can get me while still not making eye contact. I thanked him after the transaction and he just mumbled “yeah.” Seems all the reviews about poor customer service are true. Go to the Starbucks right around the corner on W. 45th St.

I’d like to share a review about this place, highlighting that the coffee is truly delicious and I highly recommend it; it has an excellent and very pleasant flavor. However, I’d like to mention that my experience wasn’t entirely perfect due to the customer service, which I think could improve quite a bit. The man who took my order seemed to be having a tough day, and his attitude wasn’t very warm. When I thanked him after picking up my coffee, I didn’t get any response, not even a small gesture of courtesy, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I believe that in a place where they serve such great coffee, the customer service should match that quality with a friendlier and more welcoming approach. I’m sure that with a bit more warmth in the service, the experience would be amazing. That’s why, although I loved the coffee, I’m giving them three stars, hoping they can improve the customer service in the future.

the menu prices are a blatant lie and they will charge you 40-50% more (before taxes, fees and tips) than what is listed.

Terrible service! I had been waiting about 20 minutes for my coffee and asked barista to give me a refund because I was going to be late. She said she hadn’t even put my ticket in and didn’t apologize or offer me anything. Meanwhile the coffee was over 8 dollars!

The prices on the wall are straight up NOT THE ACTUAL PRICES they charge…. the coffee I bought was $5 instead of $3, I’m talking pre sales tax. How is that right?

Coffee was good and so was the food the water was $5 that’s outta hand but besides that it was overall great. The pastries all look really good oh and the menu there’s two menus two different prices get it together aside from that I would go back

Original coffee concoctions and decent atmosphere. Stopped by in the afternoon and the service was very lackluster. Counter was messy and barista was not interested at all in being there.

I had a black coffee around 12pm. The coffee is very acidic and unpleasant to drink. Maybe their espresso beverages are better but I do not recommend their coffee. There’s plenty of other spots a few steps away.

7$ a dry mid cookie and the service was horrible

It’s almost comical how rude the staff is. God bless service workers and those that deal with the general public. But make no mistake- the staff does NOT want you there, you ARE bothering them, and they do NOT want your money. Don’t inconvenience them and walk another 3 minutes to a different coffee shop.

Guy at the register was very transparent with how annoyed he was when we placed our order for tea.

Woman at the register was cartoonishly irritated when my wife asked if they had a restroom.

Wow, the staff really looked like you owe them money whenever you try to talk to them. Just close the shop already if you hate your customers.
