For $16+ I would like my almond croissant not to be stale & dry like sand and the black cold brew stronger. Sheesh!

The barista literally left the room once I ordered and didn’t say a word. When he came back I told him that he been waiting for him and instead of an apology he decided to be rude.

I first have to wonder what is wrong with the people who posted one star reviews. The experience that they describe is not this place. This place is very trendy with great staff. The people are friendly. The coffee is amazing. I can only assume that those one star reviews from people having a bad day and decided to take it out on a coffee shop.

The coffee was terrible. Milky coffee little taste of coffee. Would not come here again. Milk was frothed like ice cream. Very expensive

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we walked in the guy checked his watch to make it very obvious he didn’t want to serve us. 30 minutes to close we asked if it was okay to order trying to not be rude since it was close to closing. He couldn’t even speak just rolled his eyes looking miserable and mad. We ended up just leaving cause he couldn’t speak. Would never go back

I was disappointed with this café. While waiting briefly for friends to order coffee together, a staff member asked me to leave despite being there for only 5 minutes. Unwelcoming and unfair—I won’t return

BAD SERVICE
I am on vacation and wanted to get a cup of coffee, so I went here. The lady taking my order had very poor customer service skills. She repeated my order incorrectly, and when I corrected her on it, she treated me with a very foul attitude. Then, when I was waiting for my drink, I noticed the man making the beverages was consistently getting orders wrong and went confronted by customers. He claimed that the customers ordered it that way. And the cherry on top was that they got mine and my mother’s drinks incorrect. When confronted, they said that we were in the wrong. As someone who works at a coffee shop, this experience was anything but stellar.

The services was terrible. They forgot items we ordered, took very long even though it wasn’t busy, spilled orders, and they were over all rude and bad at their job. The food was good and I liked the design of the place.
As a fellow barista I’m normally understanding, but they were just awful.

super cute place, easy to find on the maps. our coffee was DELICIOUS super expensive though (over $10 for each) ((it's nyc though)) the employees were friendly to us, and they were quick. lots of pastry and drink options, bottled and can bevs included 🥳
Great coffee and blueberry muffin quite tasty. Nice vibe!
Stopped by for a afternoon coffee session and was quite impressed how close it is to the Times Square. Got caramel latte and it tasted good, I enjoyed my cuppa.
The Barista who was there to serve was quite passive and rude, hence 1 star for the service. She was rude while taking order and also had a vague reply when asked for a restroom, not at all pleasant 😒
Walked in at 7:10 am (they open at 7:00). No one else in the place. Guy behind the counter was organizing something and he glanced up with a blank look and quickly looked away, saying nothing. He seemed annoyed I came in. He finally acknowledged me after another 20 seconds, asking what he can get me while still not making eye contact. I thanked him after the transaction and he just mumbled “yeah.” Seems all the reviews about poor customer service are true. Go to the Starbucks right around the corner on W. 45th St.
