Been Going here for about 2 years now, great coffee shop for the area. The staff are friendly, the food is good and not a bad place to hang out.
There is a morning rush and unfortunately, many of the other customers lack etiquette during that time. What a shame.

Matcha trash. Burrito eh. BEC superb pretty good.
Love their iced latte. Breakfast burrito was not my favorite-mainly avocado.
Will never go again. Food is really good, but the woman at the register is super rude. You will notice it off the first interaction. In fact I never leave reviews and I made a google account to leave this review that’s how bad she was
Ordered a sandwich and iced coffee for delivery. It was never delivered so I called for a refund. Person on the phone refused a refund and hung up on me.

Terrible customer service. The barrista refuses to put on a smile or even greet anyone that walked in. Really need to work on the customer service.

I understand why it’s called forever coffe ‘cus that’s how long you’ll be waiting for your food. The staff needs better training on how to give good customer service.

Forever coffee has a super cozy environment and friendly employees! I met a friend here for a quick bite, I had a bacon egg and cheese bagel and a cold brew. The bacon egg and cheese was tasty and filling. Bacon was a bit chewy. Im not much of a coffee lover but I wanted to taste the cold brew with caramel and it was pretty good! I found the price of the bagel to be very expensive but my belly was full and satisfied. My friend got an avocado toast with some hash browns and she enjoyed her meal!

The people who work here are great, but other than that, everything else here is just okay. The total prohibition against laptops and WiFi is weird. The new Buunni cafe that recently opened around the corner at Northend is a better alternative.

Came here with my picky sister to eat breakfast! And we were very pleased! The burrito was so delicious and so cheesy as you can see from our picture! They also did not skimp on the avocado ?. We also had the ricotta pancakes which came with fresh blueberries and they were so moist and delicious as well. The coffee was also good!
I read a lot of reviews and people really seems to be upset at how long it takes to get the food, which I guess it’s not up to the nyc speed standards, but good food takes time! It’s the perfect spot for a slow morning when you can sit enjoy your coffee and people watch.

I'm sorry NYC - but most random coffee shops I go to are mid. This one is not mid. I got a great latte from this place and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel too, which I didn't have super high hopes for. It was all really good! This is a great place to chill and do work.

I recently visited Forever Coffee, lured by their promise of yummy eats, but my experience was far from memorable. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich—a New York City staple—was served on sourdough without any other bread options, which was disappointing.
The service left much to be desired, and while the tea was just okay, the $15 price tag for one sandwich and a cold tea felt steep for the portion and quality. Overall, not great.
Their coffee is all priced under $6 which seems very reasonable. I’m not a coffee drinker so couldn’t share the quality of the coffee but a small line grew for coffee after collecting my sandwich as I observed from the tiny table inside.

I placed a order to pick up but because of health emergency I was not able to pick up the same day, so I went the next day to ask it I was able to get a refund or get the food. The employee told me that it wasn’t their problem I was not able to pick it up, that on her end every order was picked up, very insensitive and bad customer service. If I’m sick, how am I going to be thinking about something I ordered instead of my health?
