Came here on a whim to grab dinner. Wasn't sure what to expect but it always appears to have a good crowd. Overall it was a pleasant surprise. The bar was hopping and the food was good. Would recommend stopping by for drinks and food if in the area.

Ordered steak frite medium rare togo, was presented with a container 2/3’s full of fries with 2/3’s of a well-done steak inside. Cute atmosphere, but definitely a “millennial burger restaurant”. Dimes square is dead, and this place is forgettable.

Their food is very good, I especially love the fruit bowl with Greek yogurt, but their service is very bad, I had to insist several times that I wanted a soda in a completely sealed can and twice they brought me a full glass of soda with ice to the table, after speaking with two waiters he insisted that it is their way of serving drinks to which I said okay I understand, however please bring me a soda in a sealed can, in the end they brought it in a very unpleasant manner. Of the 4 times I have gone to eat there, this is the first time I have received such terrible service.

Great weird little place with lots of interesting decor. It was packed but they found us a table right away. Margs were large, sweet, and strong. Micheladas came with the rest of the beer can on the side.

Fries were soggy and pretty bland. I’d come back for the drinks and would try other food

My life in NY is forever linked to this bar — it’s where I celebrated my 25th, where I bring all my out-of-state friends, and where I somehow always end up when I’m in the area for a quick drink. I love how kitschy, fun, and low-maintenance it is. With all the history of LES bars, this place definitely has its own special charm.

Brunch was just okay. Customer service was Great, though. I liked the vibe too.

I absolutely love Forgetmenot. So much so I almost didn't post this review because I want to keep it a secret. Forgetmenot is an Oasis in the city down an unassuming block still relatively unmolested by gentrification. The space feels like a surf shack and feels like you'd be on the sand if you stepped outside. The staff is wonderful and the food is so, so good (I recommend the breakfast burrito). The most wonderful part is that there is a large contingent of soccer fans so they open early for many of the matches. And, unlike most bars that show the match, it's a pleasure to take in a game here. If you are looking for place to spend a lazy Saturday or Sunday, go here; you will not be disappointed.

Excellent little bar like atmosphere. Prices are phenomenal for what you get. I tried the po boy sandwich for the first time. Got half / half salad and fries. They have breakfast items all day. The streaks look great as well. Can't wait to come back and try some more of the menu.

Forgetmenot Bar is a hidden gem! The stakes were cooked to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. And the buffalo legs? Unbelievable! Crispy on the outside, with a perfect balance of spice and tangy sauce that keeps you wanting more. The vibe is relaxed yet lively, making it a fantastic spot to unwind. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Forgetmenot has easily become one of my favorite places for great food and a fun night out. Highly recommend stopping by!

The only good bar in Manhattan. Great vibes, relatively cheap drinks, cool but not condescending.

Also the perfect pre/post metrograph spot.
