I hosted an intimate 12 person happy hour here in Sept 2025 to celebrate my fashion brand- MAPDesigns debut at NYFW and wow the exceptional service that we received was incredible! From the initial booking with Cynthia who was so attentive and lovely to work with, to Alberto and Stefany who were our warm serves on that day, my guests had an unforgettable experience. The drinks were fantastic and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant, located on the lobby level...
Visited on a Thursday evening before dinner. Wanted to use our hotel dining credit and ordered a couple cocktails.
The Lavender Luxe and Midtown Shake ($21 each) were SO delicious and uniquely crafted. Really enjoyed the flavors and presentation.
Service was friendly and attentive. Prices as to be expected in NYC. Would recommend for a nice pre-dinner beverage.

We had drinks and food here every night of our stay at the Westin. The servers are excellent. So friendly and efficient. Special thanks to Kall! The drinks were cold and the food hot. The menu is a bit limited for kids, but they were very accomodating and did just an order of fries and a bowl of ice cream when requested. We loved sitting in the window watching the people walk along 8th Ave. You'll pay NYC prices. Really great place which I highly recommend.
