We recently dined at Four Twenty Five, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was exceptional: the tartars were delightful, and both the sea bass and tenderloin were sublime. We were a party of 6, everyone loved their meals! I tasted the duck, the chicken and a pasta; all were amazing! I ordered the beet salad and the beef tenderloin and was overwhelmed with my dinner. Absolutely one of the best restaurants in the City. Congrats to JG and Chef
