It's not bad, there is choice for everyone. Price slightly high but nothing exorbitant.

I'd go here as a regular, except that they over-salt their food. The spare ribs would have been perfect, had they not not been so heavily salted, I could barely eat one without drinking tons of water. If only they'd remove 50 - 75% of their salt, then they'd use less ingredients, and their food would be more palatable.

Very rude and disrespectful behavior from a cashier. 9:12 PM 11/8/24
Visited this place on my way back to hotel. Since I'm on business trip I need to attach pictures to all my spending. When I asked a cashier for a receipt he gave me print from the card machine. After upload Ramp requested itemized recepeipt, I asked the cashier again and he replied it is too late to give it and eventually become very rude, throwing cash towards me etc, not acceptable

Food had steam coming off of it. Paid 14.00 and walked 5 minutes to Bryant Park. Cold food and tossed it into the garbage. Buffet only

Good omelets and hot sandwiches. Coffee was great. Cashiers and cooks were all pretty surly.

Finding tasty and inexpensive food in New York is a real challenge that we haven't really mastered yet. The Frame Gourmet Eatery looked very promising at first glance: a varied lunch buffet of chicken wings, rice, pasta, Asian, Italian, everything is available. If the food tasted the way it looks, I would be in seventh heaven. But it doesn't do that. Everything is lukewarm at best. The chicken and salmon are bone dry. How you can make both spaghetti bolognese and macaroni and cheese so tasteless is a real mystery to me. And the Brussels sprouts could have used a few more minutes of cooking time, they were - crispy (?!). Conclusion: Learn to cook, dear Americans! You can eat it, but you really don't have to.

The breakfast buffer didn't have a lot of options like before and the food was not labeled.
