Came in for a coffee and to do some work. They don't allow laptops on the weekends... seems like a great way to make your space inhospitable! Got a chai tea latte that was mediocre at best. Wouldn't recommend.

Best truffled Benedict’s I’ve had in a long time. Really good coffee and the place is very nice. They have a no laptop policy on weekends.

I was so excited to try this place because it’s so cute, but I was so disappointed. The coffee tasted like water. Like they ran a coffee pot but forgot to put the beans in. Maybe that happened? Unclear, but with so many cute coffee shops in the city, I’ll be going elsewhere for my black coffee next time.

We will definitely go back. Great food and service.. They need t limit the amount of time people hold the table on their laptops once they are done eating.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! If you are an iced coffee lover- definitely try the Thai style iced coffee is always a favorite. I also really love the bagel turkey sausage cheese sandwich. I don't eat pork so this is a staple for me. Really great every time I get it! I recently went on the weekend and got the ricotta pancakes- also so GOOD. The maple syrup was really great but super rich, so if you have a sensitive stomach be warned. I also recently tried the butterscotch latte- so delicious. Reminded me of butter beer from Harry Potter world lol. And the latte art was gorgeous (as pictured). The general ambiance is also gorgeous.

Favorite coffee shop in NYC. The food and coffee is so good and the atmosphere is so cozy
Great food. The avocado toast was some of the best I've had. The pancakes were more standard but still very yummy. Portion sizes are small though, and the seating is pretty limited.

If you’re picky about coffee quality, come here. The lattes are consistently super well made. Cute place and nice staff too
Great atmosphere - super beautiful and Instagram worthy. The waffle with ham and cheese was delicious and the iced caramel double oat latte was perfect. The espresso was really good and the drink was not too sweet.

Cute, good food. The no laptops on weekends was disappointing. The sign should be visible before ordering.
I totally understand why the owner might prefer this but it's not immediately visible. It's past the cash register.

Its a small place but menu's were excellent. However, they had few tables inside and you cant dine in as it is full with people working on a laptop and yet food and drinks are finished
They must allow certain minutes how long can every diner sit and work on laptop so they have space for other customers who wants to eat dine in

Cool and chill place don’t order matcha expressso if u need strong coffee
This cafe is a hidden gem on the UES. The staff are so friendly and quick with your order. The maple latte's here are so delicious and the croffles are so tasty. If you have time the yogurt bowl is a great breakfast full of fruit and granola. I can't recommend this place enough.

I ordered a butterscotch latte and a Frame croffle during my visit. Since I like butterscotch, I was excited to try the latte. However, I was disappointed that I couldn’t taste any butterscotch flavor at all. I started to wonder if I had been served a regular latte instead.
Thankfully, the croffle topped with grated gjetost cheese and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream was a delightful mix of sweet and salty. Gjetost is a Norwegian cheese known for its caramel-like flavor and slightly sweet taste. The gjetost added a unique, rich depth that paired perfectly with the cool, smooth ice cream. The croffle itself was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft, flaky, and buttery on the inside. Each bite was a delicious experience, making me forget all about the latte.
Overall, while the butterscotch latte still remains a bit of a mystery — I couldn’t tell if it was just a regular latte or a very bland version of a butterscotch latte, the incredible taste of the croffle, with its unique toppings, and the cozy atmosphere of the café made the visit worthwhile.
GREAT atmosphere, GREAT coffee, VERY fast and friendly baristas!
Unfortunately I gotta dock them two stars for having molasses-speed wifi.
My internet speed test reports I’m averaging 0.15 Mbps downloads. That’s ZERO-POINT-ONE-FIVE. A tiny fraction of a megabit per second. The bare minimum for just checking email is six times faster than whatever turtle-slow ancient dial-up system this cafe must be using.
Don’t come here expecting to be able to use a laptop for anything — anything at all (which is great news for people who hate laptops in cafes, I guess). Took me thirty minutes to open a single email, at which point it was time for me to leave, I didn’t even get to read it.
I thought I’d found paradise for a quick spot to handle emails between my UES appointments, but it seems it just isn’t fated to be.
Won’t be coming back here, unfortunately.
