I went to Frame NYC on 9th Avenue for my birthday. I had an hour for bowling, an hour in karaoke, and when I tried to get a bottle at the bar during karaoke, the bartender overcharged me. It was supposed to be $300, but he charged me $380. They took so long to bring the bottle that my time in karaoke was up, so I had to leave. When I asked for a refund, the bartender said he did it, but he never did. I've been calling, but they never pick up. It's the worst place to go to.

The drip they had was columbian-blend from coffee project, hence very dark-chocolately. The matcha latte was very unique — it had a seaweed-like flavor which I’ve never experienced with other matcha powders. I was impressed by the decor, though the space itself is tight.

Cute little thai cafe with delicious brunch items! It's a little tiny gem so seating is limited, make sure to hit it up early!

Cute little cafe. Limited but selected yummy food. Good selection of delicious coffee. It's hard to find a table, there are not many. If you can, you can enjoy having a nice get together with friends. No laptops on weekends.Vegetarian options: Good options of vegetarian selections.Dietary restrictions: Options such as gluten freeParking: Very hard to have parking. Street paid parking.Kid-friendliness: Very small place so not much room. Not particularly kid unfriendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very small and narrow entryway.

Frame is a wonderful, cozy coffee shop near Up Thai on 2nd Avenue, Upper East Side. The most interesting aspect of the shop is its ambiance. The vine leaves on exterior signage with delicate writing and rustic interiors made me feel comfortable, secure, and ready to write.Frame offers its own brunch menu which is delightful to see, adding to its charm. I'm eager to try the truffle egg's Benedict and their pancakes! I ordered an Americano with oatmilk which was surprisingly strong. While I'm happy they prepared my drink, the lid was not securely fastened and the coffee kept dripping on me. It's a forgiving issue though. Even though I love the coziness of this coffee shop, it was a little too compact sitting on the bench near the wall. They are also pretty strict about not bringing in outside food, so keep that in mind. Overall, lovely place and I'm excited to come back!

nice coffee and vibe but the avocado toast was honestly unacceptable like they squirted a thick layer of grocery guac out of a rancid tube. I nearly frew

Small, cozy, and chill vibes. Music isn't too loud and the staff are very nice. They are also quick with orders too. We ordered two cappuccinos and they were ready in less than 2min. Not over-priced and overall a great place.

No Wi-Fi. Not allowed to use computers on weekends. This was shared after ordering. Took my coffee to go and went to a Starbucks instead. Got the Thai Style iced coffee. I feel like I drink enough Es-Yen to be able to say that this one was not anything special, pretty bland. Would be a cute place if it were more welcoming!

This place is a gem. Small seating area but the food is amazing. I ordered the avocado toast and the pancake I shared with my daughter. I can tell you the blueberry pancake with cream cheese is mouthwatering and I can say the best one I had so far here in New York. We are staying mid Manhattan and the walk was worth it just to taste the pancake. The avocado toast was also delish and good size to really fill you up. My daughter and I already plan to come back here before going back to California. I highly recommend this place.

Me and my husband spotted this little cafe a few days ago and wanted to give it a try for breakfast. After checking the reviews and pictures before our visit our expectations high. Finally, today we decided to pass by this cozy little spot for brunch. Atmosphere of this place is very nice, but food and service wasn't as expected. My husband ordered the truffle mushroom egg Benedict, taste was good and intense. My choice was the Avocado Toast with poached egg on top. Unfortunately that dish was poorly made and not to the standards of $18. Avocado was not a SMASH Aavocado, it was a regular avocado spread from the store. Portion was very small. In my opinion for that price it should have had at least a real avocado. It felt more like a avocado toast from a diner. After paying $60, we left this place still being hungry

Super cute place! Great for getting work done, plenty of outlets. Seems like not much seating but for the size, I think there's a decent amount. Came in the morning around 8:45 and almost all the pastries were sold out by 10 ish. Also have a few sandwich/more meal options. Music was really good for working and not too loud. No laptops allowed on weekends, fyi.
