Lovely place. A bit small and the entrance is tricky to find. But once in, the food is hearty, the drinks are good, and the service is attentive and friendly. Bring cash, although there's an ATM onsite.
If you haven't dined at Frank, you are seriously missing out. Fantastic food, excellent service, and unbeatable price to value.
It's always nice when a restaurant lives up to its description. Very warm and welcoming. Great, simple dishes prepared flawlessly. Great service. Definitely will go back. Reservations a good idea. Cash only so be prepared They do have an ATM onsite
Frank is one of my absolute favorite restaurants and has been since the very first time I dined here. The interior is beautiful and intimate, and I always love the music. The decorations make you feel right at home. I often bring friends from out of town here, and they are always impressed by how amazing the food is and how perfectly sized the portions are.
Most recently, I celebrated my birthday here with a large group, and we were accommodated brilliantly, even with multiple allergies and dietary restrictions. My favorite dish is the gnocchi, and I never skip the tiramisu. My friends ordered the affogato and lava cake, which were absolutely delightful, and I was happy to steal a few bites. I have now had two birthday celebrations here, and it will probably become a tradition. Thank you so much to the staff!

No resy for 2 on a Sunday night. Seated immediately. Staff was so accommodating for a special request. Not rushed at all. Overall just a great dinner.

The place itself is cute, but the food was terrible. I took simply scrambled eggs that came with potatoes, salad, and bacon.
- the salad leaves were whole, part of some were rotten, and there were no condiments available
- bread was stale
- bacon was so greasy
- overall the food has barely any taste (and I even eat without salt and very little condiments when I cook).
Very disappointed.

Always an amazing time! Family atmosphere with authentic Italian food! One of my favorite restaurants!
The restaurant is very small and seating capacity is utilized to the max , so we felt crammed. Other than that we had a great dinner there and it didn't break the bank The food and service are great

Great find for us! Food was awesome. Service great! Only issue is that it's too crowded and the music was loud and clubby. Would have preferred more Italian or rat pack music.
Our experience was amazing and by far the best Italian food that we have eaten and that's saying something. The food is made to order and awesomely fresh! It's on my list for every time we visit New York!
The space is extremely small and very tight, but very eclectic and charming. They make really great cocktails and the food was delicious. I will definitely return a great atmosphere all around.
Friendly service, nice cocktails.
