the best sticky toffee pudding
Had brunch here at the bar today. Everyone who worked here was so lovely. Delicious pancakes and an even better Bellini

Freeman has such an amazing vibe! The place looks beautiful and has a really cool, cozy atmosphere. The staff were super nice and the service was great. The food was okay — not bad, just nothing special, definitely worth checking out for the overall experience.

I hosted a private dinner for 12 women in the ‘blue room’ at this restaurant and our experience was INCREDIBLE. The space was so quirky yet elegant, the food was out of this freaking world (get the panzenella!!!), and the cherry on the top was the Michelin-level service. Truly, our waiter constantly was looking to help us elevate the night and create an incredible experience—no request was too small. I could not recommend enough how much you will love hosting an event here, or even just coming here for a normal meal!!

One of my favorite restaurants I have ever been to. I went for my 30th birthday dinner and the vibes were immaculate. It was so cozy and homey; it felt like you were visiting a European pub or hunting lodge. It’s a hidden gem tucked away in an urban art alley. I had the roasted duck and it was superb. I loved the interior design and seating of the place; it was so unique and eclectic and brilliant. Highly recommend.

Incredible atmosphere w dim lights and a beautiful back bar. The back is the best. Ben out the speakeasy above. The food at Freemans is solid but I go here mainly for ambiance.

My husband and I just had our post City Hall wedding dinner here at Freemans. We rented out the Blue Room for 14 people and it was perfect. Communication with their manager Lina leading up was great and booking everything from start to finish was seamless and easy. All of the staff was warm and welcoming and treated us all so kindly. The food was 10/10 and the vibes are cozy and cool. We can not wait to come back and just have a meal ourselves but I highly recommend for special events as well!

After the creative chaos of the alley when you walk in the door at Freeman's. It's a quick vibe shift, quiet, candles, nice atmosphere. The catavelli was so good: flavors and textures, deliciousness. Husband loved the steak too.

When it comes to wedding receptions, generally those with allergies are left in a lynch. People with confused expressions and gestures of good luck. But not here! This place has servers that actually care. With each course that came out, they made sure we got food that wasn't going to torture our insides. The amazing news doesn't stop there though. While you might not like this place if you're with Peta (or at least the decor) you'll find that everything inside is very homey. You'll forget you're in a restaurant. The adventure begins the moment you turn down the alley and walk among the various works of art that surround you. Come with an empty stomach and a sense of wonder.

Super friendly service and great food. And even the coffee was amazing. It is a place tucked in freeman Alley, that gives the vibe of an old English house. Old decor (including stuffed animals on the walls which some of plus found disturbing). The Norwegian Benedict was great.
