They were offering free lunch the weekend before they reopened. Very great strategy to get repeat customers. I had the chicken parm penne vodka and that was the best vodka sauce pasta i have had in a very long time. Loved it and will be back.

Fresco is my favorite restaurant in NYC. When you eat at Fresco you eat with family. The Scottos are an amazing family who make everyone feel welcome. I missed this wonderful spot for so many months. It was great to be back. Food is superb, service attentive, restaurant is so accommodating outside or inside.

Loved the food and outside dining experience. Only one small issue is, if you are drinking wine, small gnats tend to fly into wine glasses so ask for paper cocktail napkins to cover the glass.
Wonderful service and excellent dinner. We were 4 people, and everyone was very pleased with their choices. It felt like we were having dinner at a friend's house. Highly recommended.
I cannot overstate the overall excellence of this restaurant. My sister and I celebrated my 60th birthday with a dinner upon arrival to Manhattan. The food was fabulous the attention from the staff outstanding! A special thanks to Mr. Nourescu who made our meal unforgettable. We returned for lunch the next day and were treated to the same service! Unbelievable is my one word review!

The food was extraordinary. It always is. The wait staff was very attentive. The noise level was a bit high even though the restaurant was less than full given the virus scare. Of course the prices are not for the faint of heart.

While the food was good, the price was incredibly expensive for what we had. $29 for a margarita pizza and $38 for pasta with sausage. In addition my daughter asked for a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon and when we got the bill it was $40 per glass. We were never told the price prior to her choosing her wine.
