I come to eat here as often as I can. The shopkeeper is always sweet to me and his pizza is delightful. The price is well within budget. I come, not just for the food, but for the warm way I am greeted by the good shopkeeper when I visit. I'd rather eat here than at Ruth's Chris. ❤️ Always my favorite! ❤️

For $1.50 this pizza is soooo tasty, not to mention, you can get a whole pie for $12.
Note, there’s no real seating inside, so a better takeaway option.
I did find it a bit dodgy as the staff member takes your phone for card payment - you don’t really see how much he put on the machine.

I was really disappointed with the pizza here. It was bland, lacked flavor, and just wasn’t enjoyable at all. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza.

I asked for 3 slices of regular pizza and a can of soda. It should have cost $5.50, and since I was paying by card, it should have been around $6 with the fee. When it was time to pay, he reached out his hand and told me to give him my phone, which already seemed strange to me. He processed the payment himself on the terminal, and I didn’t even see the total.
I took the can of Coke, and I swear it was fake — it tasted like sweet tap water. The pizza wasn’t any better; he had just reheated it, and the dough was half raw. Later, I received the receipt on my phone and saw that I had been charged $7.
I went back to the seller and asked why it was $7 instead of $6. He started yelling at me, saying that I should have paid in cash and that everyone pays in cash. This is the worst establishment I have ever visited in my life.
The pizza is extremely good for 1.50. The service is professional. The place is always clean and I've never had to ask for condiments because they were depleted. All 3 of the above comments are rare in Manhattan.
