Fresh&co is a great Midtown stop when you’re looking for something fast but actually fresh and flavorful. I ordered the bistro steak bowl and was genuinely impressed—the beef was perfectly tender, chewable, and served at just the right temperature and doneness, surprisingly good in a grab-and-go setup. The roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli are all lightly seasoned and cooked well. The green sauce they serve with it added a nice punch of flavor.

The space is clean and bright, with a modern cafeteria-style setup and plenty of grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush. Staff was super efficient and friendly, even during a busy lunch hour.

Overall, a solid spot for lunch in the city.

Best vegetarian food, salad bowl and sandwiches near Times Square. We have few food allergies and the gentleman was very patient and helped us to get the right good prepared. Very neat and good tasty food. I recommend. Thanks.

Disappointed with Fresh&Co's new online ordering system which automatically adds a 20% tip. Tipping should be discretionary, not imposed. Odd for a grab-and-go service to assume a 20% tip. Be aware and adjust accordingly before you check out. Not cool, Fresh&Co.

Had the most delicious lunch today. Everything is so fresh. Amazing choices! My daughter enjoyed as well and wants to hurry back for the smashed avocado toast and an açaí bowl. I brought a hot plate home for dinner, the salmon was superb (brought in fresh!) Highly recommend!!!

I have had several problems when ordering though app. My local fresh & co messes up the order, or when I get there to pick up tell me that “oh, sorry but we don’t have what you ordered…” And they are rude about it too, “oh just pick something else…” Mind you, I tropically pre order giving them over 2 hours notice… I have emailed the company and they never bothered to even rely to me.. I’m in midtown Manhattan, there are many other places to get good food, guess it’s time to start going elsewhere…
