Honestly their portion is amazing but opted for my own bowl & the flavor and freshness of ingredients were lacking, won’t be giving it another chance as there are other amazing salad bars that are worth it.

This has got to be one of the worst PB booster I’ve ever gotten from fresh&co. The location was not helpful. The lady made it. I told her it was too thick and the bananas are green. It has a strong, bitter after taste. She looked at me and just walked away will not be returning this location anytime soon

I’ve come in 3 times in the last week and EVERY time the staff makes it seems like it is an inconvenience for them to be there. It is very strange. I asked for a soup and the woman behind the counter (latina,blonde) just looked at me, didn’t move or say anything so I had to ask the lady at the register who graciously helped me. Another day I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the man asked what I wanted 3 times and was upset taking the order. When I went to the register to pay, the woman that rang me out had an attitude and run up the wrong items over charging me. Very uncomfortable and disappointing experiences which is unfortunate bc it would be a perfect location for me. Please fix

On 8/8/24 at around 12:34pm I ordered an ice coffee. The lady taking my order didn’t greet me. I greeted her. After that, I knew how horrible she was going to make my ice coffee. I asked her for milk she poured a drop of milk. I asked her to make it sweet and she told me I could go make it sweet myself with sugar that’s next to the utensils. Last time I ordered an iced coffee and it was the best. I didn’t have to tell the guy how to make because he knew. I am now regretting going here to get another one. I am very upset.

Super SloMo re-invented... My son was completely ignored by the staff. Super unfriendly ladies behind the counter. The 2 Asian men were working very hard. The 3 ladies were standing around and ignoring guests as much as they could...and treating the men very badly. I am very sorry for this behavior as I am a woman... Never again!!! To all tourists I can only recommend to go somewhere else.
