Fresh&Co is straight-up misleading people. The photo shows big, golden, crispy tenders. What I got was a sad paper cup of chopped-up scraps that looked nothing like the picture.
This feels like a scam. You’re not selling chicken tenders, you’re selling leftovers. Honestly, I could’ve bought a bag of frozen nuggets at the grocery store and been way happier.
If you care about your money (or your lunch), skip this place.Their sandwich was pretty awful too.

The worst customer service ever at the counter, I am extremely upset about what happened at your restaurant end of June ( yes, end of June, and now because of this happened, I need time to digest the event). One of the female staff member treated me with clear disrespect just because I’m Asian. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like I didn’t deserve basic service, while being friendly to others.
This felt like straight-up racial discrimination. It was humiliating and unacceptable. You need to look into this seriously—this kind of behavior cannot be ignored.

I can’t express how GREAT this place is. From the moment you walk in door, you are greeted with a smile. The staff is super friendly & helpful. My toddler loves it there because of how gentle and patient they are with him. The owner is usually on the premises and is very kind. Fresh & Co has became apart of my daily routine. Whengeee you are in need a warm, friendly atmosphere, he is where you want to be.

Food was standard-grade NY-overpriced. Very okay. Atmosphere was affrontingly marketable, as if I was eating inside a Target. Service was good. I have no intention of eating here again.
Salad was reasonable but service was not good. I was shocked how rude two staff members were, particularly the one who made the salad bowl. I paid $22 for a salad bowl and was insulted at the same time in my lunch break. Didn’t feel very smart afterwards and will never go back. There are so many other options in the neighborhood for lunch where you don’t get treated like that.

Love this spot! Especially staying next door, we had breakfast here both days. Food was fabulous and staff was so great, everyone we spoke to was so friendly and kind! Will be back and can’t recommend this location enough. Had the vegetarian(?) burrito first day and AM energy second- both were great but AM energy burrito was exceptional!!

Stopped by early morning on way into office and asked for a Decaf and egg & cheese on a role. No decaf. I was offered alternatives but we weren't off to a good start! Service was prompt. When I got to the office next door and opened up my breakfast sandwich and it had been squished and beaten up. Will not return. Expensive too!
