I was a regular here while visiting NYC for a work trip. I would get a sandwich and protein shake for breakfast daily. The staff were super nice and hospitable and the menu options plenty. Will miss this place!

It is advertised that this place sells gluten free wraps and other options. This may be the case a other franchisees but at this one it is not. It is on a advertised decal on the salad window but when asked they said no. Disappointed. It's hard enough getting gluten free things in this city.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in NYC. 👎
I walked in excited to try their bowls for the first time, but the staff member at the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of guiding me through the process (as it was my first time), his attitude felt like I was inconveniencing him just by asking simple questions. Even NYC street vendors show more courtesy and respect! 🌭❤️
I ordered the Shanghai Chicken Salad and here’s where it went downhill:
He served a tiny portion of rice. When I politely asked for a little more, he charged me extra instead of correcting his mistake. 🍚💸
He never asked about toppings — just rushed through the bowl and threw on dressing.
When I asked for extra spice 🌶️, his reply was “I already put more,” in a very rude tone.
Even for something as simple as cilantro 🌿, he insisted I had to “add extra” instead of just adding a small portion.
By the time I reached the cashier, I was shocked — they had literally charged for almost everything separately, making the bowl ridiculously overpriced for the quality and the service received. 💵😡
Fresh & Co markets itself as a fresh, healthy option, but with poor service, rude staff, and unfair pricing, it leaves a very bad impression. For anyone visiting, please be cautious — there are so many better places in NYC where your money and respect as a customer will actually be valued. 🙅♂️

I ordered from you, the server tried to scam me, thinking I was stupid. I really don't recommend this kind of people. The service is rubbish. I'm asking a supervisor to pull this team up.and then to clean up your restaurants they have a lot of mouse inside

The food is really nice, but so expensive, when you try to eat healthy in New York it gets pricey
Order came with raw turkey for the Cali Cobb. Spoke with a manager and he stated that everything comes through “fully cook” so no need for them to do a quality check. They are just sending raw turkey with the salads.
Ever since Hale & Hearty Soups went out of business, I have been looking for another place with yummy soups, fulfilling salads and tasty sandwiches. Well, I finally found an excellent replacement. I look forward to frequenting this eatery in the future.

Had an incredible lunch at Fresh&Co on 57th Street and 7th Ave—right next to Central Park! I ordered the Chicken Shawarma gain bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for something fresh, filling, and tasty—I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊
Very disappointing. I ordered a decaf latte, paid $6.50 + tip, and was later told they didn’t have it. They offered an iced black decaf with milk instead, but after checking, it turned out to be $1 cheaper, so I had to ask for the refund myself. Then they realized they didn’t have that either. Refund took 15+ minutes, and I got cash instead of a digital refund. No apology, no compensation, and poor service overall. Won’t be back.
I went there for a toasted bagel with scallion cream cheese and the guy was scrubbing the stove top. He then turned around and didn't change his gloves but started making breakfast for people, touching the bagels and bread, etc. with the gloves he was cleaning with. This was so disgusting I walked out and would never go back there ever.
Great Mex Cesar salad!
What a cracking place for breakfast. The name is certainly correct; what we had could not have been fresher - beautiful. Friendly staff and exactly the vibe you would expect from a modern New York cafe.
