I ordered a custom burrito and tiramisu latte and it was delicious! The coffee was made really well and the burrito tasted so fresh. I got the chance to chat with the woman who says she was the manager and she was so welcoming. I want to go back soon!

I got the Mexican Caesar Salad, and it was one of the best I’ve had in the city. The portions were solid, the food tasted fresh, and the price was affordable for NYC! I also really appreciated how kind the manager, Belen, was when I was ordering — such a great staff overall. I can’t stop recommending this place to my friends!

fresh&Co is a must stop for me on any of my trips to NYC. Super fresh and regional food. The stuff is super friendly, always great service. Run by Belen everything is well organize. In particular i like Celeste who is making best Coffee in town. Such a lovely person always with a smile on her face. See u next time.

I ordered a shrimp taco salad and was charged $27! Outrageous, but I figured, whatever it must be good; it was not. The dressing was horrible. Took two bites and couldn’t continue so I tried to get my $ back and the supervisor refused. Zero customer service and the place was filthy. Don’t bother.
1st time at F&C.out of town the staff is friendly and excellent, specially the Senegalese girl she make me a good ice latte so glad to find the place❤️

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2025, AROUND 2:20 PM. This is the second time that the woman in charge of the cash register, instead of paying attention to the customer, is always chatting with a friend who is always leaning against the cashier's counter. Both of them are dark-skin (Haitians or African Americans). What happens is that when someone approaches to pay and interrupts their conversation, she gives us a bad attitude. She should pay more attention to her job and especially to her customers.

I was a regular here while visiting NYC for a work trip. I would get a sandwich and protein shake for breakfast daily. The staff were super nice and hospitable and the menu options plenty. Will miss this place!
