Really loved this place when it opened! The people were friendly and welcoming. I was there on opening day, and continued to get coffee there because I liked it so much.
Recently, I returned to NYC and decided to stop in for a coffee. Coffee was great, as always!!! However, two of the newer, young employees were very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and it was very awkward.

What really sets them apart is the warmth and friendliness of the staff; they remember you, your order, and make you feel genuinely welcome. Exceptional customer service paired with incredible coffee—what more could you want?
Even though the place was empty barista confirmed there’s a one hour limit so I was going to have a coffee and meet a friend here later, but I left instead.

Orange Moon is a staple in my family’s life. We go in every day!! I get my Matcha, my husband gets his latte and we get our daughter her favorite Stacey’s Snacks, they are the most delicious healthy energy balls! We are so close with the owners and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so wonderful and welcoming. There are a few other coffee shops in the area, and none compete with Orange Moon. Elma is the Mayor of Sutton Place!!
