Really loved this place when it opened! The people were friendly and welcoming. I was there on opening day, and continued to get coffee there because I liked it so much.

Recently, I returned to NYC and decided to stop in for a coffee. Coffee was great, as always!!! However, two of the newer, young employees were very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and it was very awkward.

This coffee shop is a true gem! The coffee is consistently top quality—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed every time. Their pastries are absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with real care. What really sets them apart is the warmth and friendliness of the staff; they remember you, your order, and make you feel genuinely welcome. Exceptional customer service paired with incredible coffee—what more could you want?

I’ve visited this cafe countless times, and each visit only leaves me more impressed! Their diverse croissant options always brighten up my day. And let’s not forget Elma, the personal owner who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a wonderful experience. She’s a genuinely lovely person, and I’m incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful cafe in our neighborhood!
