When my bf and I were looking for a fun place to go in the city , the photos and videos on social media made the place look more fun, upscale, enjoyable. Not only were the drinks terrible but the vibe was basically a pop up club. I’m in my 30s and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Also it was an hour before they closed and the bouncer was trying to scam us to pay 50$ each at the door

Not worth the price and bartenders failed to let you know tips are included automatically.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Reservations don’t mean anything. There is no instruction on where to go or how anything works. There’s one floor of props and a bar and one floor of decorations around tables that are first come first serve (which no one tells you, they don’t even a waitlist to get on) we decided against eating there after the table we were going to take told us their food wasn’t even cooked. don’t waste your money.

Over priced drinks ! Although cool Christmas lights and displays it’s overrated

Frosty's was awesome!!!! After reading the reviews, we were reluctant to buy tickets. But I'm happy to report that the naysayers don't know what they are talking about. We had a great time. Didn't get food because we went from midnight to closing. (2am)

The holiday cocktails were awesome! They are pretty small and they put ice in them which makes them even smaller. But they were the tastiest drinks we had all weekend! Miracle on 44th st was my favorite, and Naughty or Nice was a close second.

Very very very crowded. All 3 floors were packed to capacity, with a very long line out the door. Most people would come in and get one drink and leave, so it kept it moving. The line moved very fast. They probably shuffle 5,000 people through there a night on the weekends. Takes 10-20 minutes to make it through the bar lines to order a drink, so start heading that way halfway through your drink.

Couldn't even get into the club on the bottom floor. Was absolutely packed to the steps. Luckily, there was enough stuff to do on the other floors.

It's a tourist trap. Hyped up more than anything. Want young crowd with the Benjamin's. Didn't stay long. Have ID if you go.
