Enchanting location. The food was hit or miss. The chicken wings app and fish and chips main were fantastic. The mussels and fish tacos were just meh. The sangria was a winner, though. Some of the staff was surly and impatient and the waitress was inexperienced. Go on a nice day and keep your expectations reasonable to low and you’ll have a great time.

This place is an absolute must during sunset! It's set right on a dock with stunning sea views no matter where you sit, perfect for a laid-back, scenic meal. The lobster was tasty, but the mussels were next level! I’m definitely coming back every time I’m in NYC.

Frying Pan is a great restaurant! The food is very tasty, the beer is good and the atmosphere is super inviting. The only point of criticism: it could use a little more spice. Still a nice place for a relaxing evening!

$47 for an aperol spritz in a tiny cup, a burger and fries. JUST NO! For this I'd rather go to gramercy tavern and have a REAL burger, or down the street to NY Burger & Co for less money and better taste.

This place used to be one of my favorite places to go in the neighborhood. As of recent years they've changed everything. They used to have the best fried chicken sandwich and shoe string fries seasoned in old bay. The food I got tonight was a disappointment, and way more expensive than any other time I've been. Let's be real.. The atmosphere is nice as you're on the water but that's legitimately the only reason I can see anyone wanting to dine here.

Owner should take notes and go back to the original menu that was so great.. :(

Ordered the shrimp ceviche and octopus. The octopus was good but the ceviche.. DELICIOUS!! I would definitely go back just for that! Server didn’t pass by once to ask if we wanted to order more, how the food was, or anything hence the 2 stars on service.
