Something to keep in mind before you go in, the woman who runs the place can be intense but once seated she will be super attentive to all customers.

I got the black garlic ramen and it was absolutely amazing. The broth, was creamy but not too oily and heavy. The texture of the noodles? Simply absurd, the perfect texture. My partner and I also got the gyoza and karage, I would 100% recommend the karage! Very juicy and big pieces
