The Tin Building is beautiful in and of itself and the fulton fish bar is absolutely stunning as well. There are some table options but we sat at the bar which was very cozy with incredible fast service and very attentive wait staff. The bartender was extremely talented and prepared some absolutely delicious cocktails for us. I can't recommend the oyster shooters enough--and they shuck the fresh oyster right in front of you from the raw bar! We were only in for drinks but I can't wait to go back for a meal!

If I could give this spot 10 stars I would.The oysters are some of the best I’ve ever had. The scallop crudo, yellow fin tar tar, sea trout cripsy rice and fish and chips were out of this world. Ricardo and Frank are so kind and knowledgeable - we’ll be back!

Beautifully appointed cafe in the up-scale Tin Bldg. in South Street Seaport, with a limited but typically excellent Jean-George menu, and not too expensive. Excellent crab cake could have used a bit more accompaniment while the baked oysters were tiny and lost in the otherwise excellent accompaniment.

Absolutely delicious! Oysters were as good as they get, which they should be at $4 a pop! Lobster roll was incredible. The best I've ever had. Lobster was so fresh and perfectly cooked. I loved the aioli and bun. We ordered a second one it was so good!

A great place in the South Street Seaport area to sit outside and have brunch on the water. We had brunch here and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The beau and I started with cocktails, a little early mind you, and they were great before switching to rosè. The staff were integral in helping us choose our wine and entrees. We split the salad which was basically a wedge but with Boston lettuce which is a great way to elevate a standard salad. We shared the lobster scrambled eggs which were chock full of lobster and the fish fry. While the fish fry wasn't exactly what we were expecting it was delicious and served with a lovely dipping sauce.
