The food was great me and my wife loved it we didn't go to the upper West side. We went to the one on Amsterdam, which I thought was the upper quest side. I didn't know that they had other locations, but the hostess was very nice. She still accommodated us gave us a seat and we enjoyed the food and we will be going back as soon as possible because that creamy bacon carbonara is insane. You gotta try it.

We go here all the time and love the food, but the service has gone way downhill. The servers and bartenders used to be amazing and take great care of people. We sat down for a reservation at 6pm, we're never told they needed the table after 60 minutes and rushed us out of there. Our server was rude and snappy and she clearly could care less. We had a group of 7 people and were not a handful but she acted like we were a pain by her expressions and responses. Love the food here but the service isn't worth it anymore. They need to bring back all their former staff.

I went on a very busy Saturday night. We had to wait 15 minutes even though we had a reservation. The noise level was absurd - it was really hard to have a conversation. We asked the waiter to turn the music down and he said it wasn't allowed. The pizza arrived cold and soggy. I ordered the most expensive by the glass wine and it tasted watered down. I've had good times at Fumo on other occasions. Maybe they have gotten too popular for their own good. I won't be going back.

The waiters were a bit rude, and very impatient. The cafe was empty except for 3 tables, us included, and yet they tried to rush everyone. And started wiping down our table before we even got up from our chairs.

We used to love this place (and still enjoy the food), but the last several times we have ordered it from Uber Eats, we have intentionally ordered because of their two for one offer, and every single time over the last two months, we've only received one pasta vs two. I thought the first time it was an accident, but I'm convinced now that is intentionally a way to have families decide to purchase with them vs competition, then only send one dish vs two because, ultimately, Uber Eats only reimburses for the missing dish, so they still make very good money on offering a family of four a two for one deal one all pizzas, pastas and meatballs, but then taking back one of those dishes. Im so disappointed because I love this place but I'll never be able to order from them again now realizing what's happening.
