Fusion Bar and Grill Peruvian/Mexican

Had a terrific lunch here. Some of the best ceviche I've ever eaten. Entrees were excellent and, according to my husband (who's been to Peru), authentic to the spirit of the country. I also got the arroz chufa with steak. Yum! Ample portions and good value. First meal on this trip to NYC and it'll be hard to beat. HIGHLY recommended.

Stopped in for drinks, they had a really good and strong IPA. I forget the name but it was 8.4 apv. The menu is really nice, I just came from dinner or else I would have tried some of their seafood. Service was really great, A+ to Sebastian who took care of us at the bar. Friendly and attentive. It's a smaller, intimatr setting, has cute decor and nice blue lighting. They also offer pisco, an authentic Peruvian alcohol. Prices were reasonable for NYC. I would go back.

Tasty, tasty and tasty! This is a great place for ceviche and other delighful peruvian flavors. Service is excellent and food delighful. Perfect for an easy going evening in Nyc.

Used to be better until recent manager came to the place they charge you double - be careful. Very rude service. Said they call police if I don’t pay their miscalculation as everyone got to eat. The food is not good too. Don’t waste ur time. I would call the police on this manager if I had more time as he was harassing me as a woman

Fusion is a great restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen. From the food, the drinks, and the warm atmosphere, I highly recommend. The owner and her team (especially Sebastian the bartender!) are very hospitable, and go above and beyond to ensure you have wonderful dining experience. The food is delicious and they have a wide variety of dishes. If I could give Fusion a sixth star, I would.
