Despite the fact that my two friends and I didn’t have a reservation on a Saturday night, the owner was accommodating, warm and friendly. He made it happen for us. The homemade truffle tagliatelle was superb. The house wine was very good.

An intimate restaurant on Christopher Street. The food is always delicious and the service is great.

The cutest and best homemade Italian restaurant! The food is incredible (homemade bread, homemade pasta, pizza from scratch, etc.), and they make a great dirty martini. The owner and staff are so beyond friendly and generous. They treat you like family. Can't recommend enough!

I had a terrible experience and it ruined my day...the owner was very rude, the food was overrated, and the place is a bit pricey for a street restaurant

Food was excellent. Prices very reasonable and our waiter, Rocky was the best!

Old school Italian restaurant and bar, serving traditional dishes like Lasagna Marinara. Big portions and fair moderate prices.

wonderful date night at Gaetana’s. The chicken parm and pizza alla lara were to die for! ???

Such a cute place- outdoor seating and indoor seating. It was such a great place to get out of the heat. Food was also delicious! The fried calamari, penne a la vodka, and the pumpkin ravioli was absolutely amazing. The owner and staff were absolute dolls.

Wonderful atmosphere! The staff was absolutely fantastic. We brought our 2 and 8 year old kids, and they treated us like family. The food was fresh and came out quickly. We loved the feeling of al fresco dining even inside with the wide open French doors throughout.

Absolutely homemade Italian food!! Growing up Italian, I've never eaten this well in a restaurant ever. And the pride that the staff takes in their product is unmatched. I was taken here by a local on a recent trip to NYC, and I cannot rave enough about this place. GO THERE!!!

They took us right before closing. Authentic made from scratch Italian food. One of the best meals I've had in my life! They treated me and my family like royalty . This place is a gem hidden in NYC. I will be coming regularly. I though places like this were extinct...

This was by far the worst pasta I've had in my life. After a couple bites I gave up, paid, and went to the grocery store to buy stuff for a peanut butter sandwich.

Fantastic authentic Italian food. Great pours in the cocktails. Excellent and very charming service. Also Star Wars figures on the bar under lots of pictures of Frank Sinatra lol

Honestly the best dinner I've had in Manhattan in years. Classic New York: Excellent Italian food, appropriate music and service that makes you feel like HOME. I'm bringing people here. A lot of people.

Walked by this place so many times since hanging around the neighborhood in my early 20’s. At 32 I tried this place out first time and I don’t think I’ll be returning. The staff was kind but the food and drinks were pretty awful. And the silverware wasn’t clean ,considering covid is still going on you’d think businesses would be extra hygienic. It’s a no for me.
