One thing I can say is customer service is great! I was well taken care of he made sure to clarify what I wanted in my order and if it was done correctly. The food was also great I had the spicy chicken with rice and salad along with sweet Thai dressing

Delicious Thai-style chicken with bold flavors!
Stopped by Gai Chicken & Rice for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The grilled chicken was juicy and nicely charred, paired with fluffy ginger rice, fresh cucumbers, sweet corn, and cherry tomatoes. The green chili sauce packed a punch and tied everything together beautifully.
I also appreciated the side of clear soup—it balanced out the richness of the meal. Portions were decent for a quick meal, though I wouldn’t have minded a bit more chicken for the price. Service was quick and smooth, and the food was ready within minutes. Definitely a great grab-and-go spot near Fulton St!
Would return again for the crispy chicken next time. 🍗🔥

Every so often I order from here and each time has always been a good experience. I usually go in person when making my way home from work after 5:30 PM. I typically will order roasted chicken or sticky tenders/wings. They used to give more wings but now it’s just 2 (kind of a bummer). however, Customer Service is always top-tier. It’s usually just two people man and young lady in the back and they are both very pleasant and efficient. Great presentation with the food and my orders are always received with a smile.

I've been a regular since 2024 when my job's headquarters moved from New Jersey to New York. Among countless restaurants, this one totally stood out. The simplicity of the selections matched with the quality of the food has certainly been memorable. I've also been able to observe the strides that the team has made over time to improve their product and presentation. While there have been some hit and miss moments in terms of food consistency, upon multiple returns the food has been a delight. Totally recommend, and very much commend the staff team.
