… I just notice they also forgot to put the toast in my bag after they forced me to take burnt food they made a second time that I did not want. They guy that charged me was so unprofessional and rude to me like I did something wrong. I paid almost $20 for some trash breakfast. They treated me like I had no value.

My husband went in there today and was treated so poorly and unprofessionally by the staff. We waited 2 hours for them to deliver our food and when it was finally delivered the food was not only cold, but the food was Poor. My husband went to the location to ask for a new salad and Croissant since the croissant was basically black from the toaster and the salad was completely soggy. The staff did replace the items but gave my husband another burnt croissant and without any butter. He went in again to ask for butter and the woman was practically yelling at him and said if he didn’t like it he didn’t have to come back. I’m not sure if she just treats all of the customer that’s way or just the black ones but either way it was not appropriate! She won’t have to worry about us going back.

I had been trying to find a decent breakfast joint around W 27th Street where I normally stay when in NYC for the last two years, and finally found it. Yes there are lots of options around, including chains, but sometimes you just need an honest bacon roll (real bacon, not fake turkey bacon) or bagel, or other morning sandwich. This is the place. Service is decent as well.
