The cashier is clueless and giving attitude, and the cook oh my god was trying to overcharge me. My recommendation is to go to 7/11 instead of this rip-off store.

Decided to treat myself one day out of the week
Asked for a spinach omelette, red onions tomatoes and cheese
Omelette had no taste
Missing the cheese,
Asked for multi grain lightly toasted with butter
First toast was hard
This one has little to no bitter
The individual behind the counter had an attitude because I wanted to clarify that the omelette was correct and that my toast had butter
I also tipped
Bad attitude over my food was definitely a turn off!
Owner is really nice
Ladies making the coffee are super pleasant
Have been going here for years!!! But my money, I need better service.

without doubt the reigning champion of Deli's in the neighborhood. The meat is always fresh and high quality, and the ingredients, they don't skimp. I've ordered the BLT on whole wheat, cheeseburger deluxe, chicken soup many times over the years and they never disappoint. excellent french fries too. .

Jesus Christ I am a no waste person to the point of finishing someone else's glass of water before leaving a restaurant but the cheese cake in here is plasticine. I thought I was eating some atrezzo cake while I tried to munch my way through the first bite. Didn't need a second one.
The texture, the taste, the amount of sweetness, all wrong. It did look good on the window but that is all.

A classic NYC deli offering a large selection of both hot and cold heros and sandwiches. I appreciate the fast and friendly service and the variety of drink options available I find they have several drinks that I usually cant find at other delis but the biggest draw for me is the hot food buffet is one of the best in NYC hands down with a wide range of home cooked dishes. Specifically for me the corned beef and cabbage is as good as it gets and once in a while they actually have lamb chops which are the best I have ever had believe it or not. They also serve anything you want for breakfast too. Its near Madison Square Garden so expect heavy foot traffic all day up until midnight. Parking is tough but the NYPD seem to look the other way if you briefly double park. The area can be sketchy at night so be vigilant of your surroundings. Prices are typical of Manhattan so no surprise there. But everyone is cordial especially the owner who is very polite and helpful.

Parking: Typical NYC parking issues but you can usually get away with double parking if you just run in and don't lallygag.

The elderly man working the counter, who I assume is the owner, denied service to a black woman then was verbally abusive to another black woman, nonstop cursing at her and refusing to give her back her change, and then inappropriately flirted with myself and friend, all in the span of five minutes. Really remarkable lack of decency. The other workers are kind and respectful but this man in particular is a character. No shortage of delis in the city.

This is the most civil way I can crash out on this place… the food is really good and it being so close to my job is great BUT there is no reason you should pay restaurant pricing from a deli. For a bacon egg and cheese and a small Starbucks glass bottle coffee costs $15 the bacon egg and cheese is apparently more expensive past 11 which they don’t put anywhere but every time I walk into that deli I’m astounded by how expensive everything is, even compared to nyc pricing. Buggin

A very unfriendly seller is a Latino woman with glasses. I was buying a lottery, asked to change the ticket. She started swearing and refused to exchange. After that, she didn’t want to serve and give out lottery winnings.
