Didn’t have a reservation on a Sunday night, so had to sit at the sushi bar. It was actually wonderful to see so many chefs working to create the beautiful dishes here. Very delicate sushi with interesting toppings, like a horseradish sauce. Our order was quite simple, but I was able to see firsthand some of the creations being prepared. Some classics just deliver and Sushi of Gari has not lost its touch. Perfect sushi and impeccable old school service. They noticed our left-handed diner and placed plates and utensils accordingly. I'm adding it to my go-to list as I've been craving a civil and caring dining environment w great execution and limited social media presence.
We ordered a la carte sushi and whatever our server recommended was amazing. We tried sl different types of sashimi and hand rolls and they all were delicious. Little pricey though.
