Overrated food. We were dooped by some Instagram post and ended up booking a table. Biryani was totally out of whacked and rest of items we ordered were below a average.

Incredible food. Great flavor and delicious overall. I eat vegetarian and all their dishes were incredible.

My favorite dish was the bokchoy. The samosas were ok, and the Parsi Lamb was also good enough, although if you don’t like spicy, maybe skip it.As mentioned in some comments, the tables are really close together, so it is not a good place to have private conversations.

Nothing feels modern about this place . Very bad Indian food for a very high price . Also a very congested place. We ate bokchoy chaat , Gobi lababdaar, rampuri Taar gosht. Gobi lababdaar very spicy. Rampuri Taar gosht was ok but too pricy and the chaat too sour. They amount of rice they give for a given curry was too less.

Food very unbalanced in flavor. Things are too spicy or too sour. They give very tiny amount of rice with entreBokchoy chaat: ok, but too sour. Bokchoy was force fitted into a samosa chaat instead of samosa just to claim its innovative.Cauliflower lababdaar : insanely spicy, not flavorful, just spicyRampuri taar gosht: mehRice : microscopic amountVegetarian options: Very less vegetarian options.

My new favorite Indian restaurant in the city. First of, freshly made food, Indian cooking loses its charm if it's not made fresh. Menu is quite unique and food flavorful. We went in for the Tondoori Pomfret on a friend's recommendation and landed up, loving every dish we ordered. Pani Puri, Bok Choy chaat, tandoori Pineapple, tandoori Pomfret, Spinach Paneer, yellow tadka dal, Naan.A must try restaurant!!!Vegetarian options: Vegan option also available, ask them for recommendations

I don’t get it….are awful at managing reservations so expect a wait regardless, and food was sub-par. Lemon chicken seemed like a dish ruined because someone added too much lemon (you can’t take more than 4 bites of the dish). Shrimp ghee roast was too oily and (again) tangy. My wife liked the bokchoy chat (I think any chat I’ve had in the past is probably better). Oh and they forgot to add yogurt (kinda the main ingredient) - promised a refund when we pointed it out - but didn’t refund when we looked at the bill. You get a good insta pic out of your visit tho?

summary food 9/10 service 9/10 ambiance 7/10 visited gazab on a sunday around 1pm. it was p empty but almost all seats were full by 2pm. the menu is qr code which i don't really love. waiter was super helpful when asked about dish sizes and compositions. hyderabadi chicken dum biryani was so good - perfect for two adults to be mostly full. large chunks of tender chicken, spiced rice, and cooling complementing yogurt sauce thing. the chicken tikka was good too - not spicy, tender. the garlic naan was a good to eat alone and with the dishes. the restroom is not wheelchair accessible, but the tables are. food didn't come out quickly, but it didn't come out super late either. worth a visit and i think i'll be back :)

I came here just to try the whole tandoori pomfret, and I was not disappointed! So good. Their appetizers I tried with my party were delicious as well. Definitely a trendy restaurant, with great Indian food, but a smaller menu choice than the typical Indian restaurant.

Not your typical traditional Indian restaurant. The food here is very unique and creative. We started with the Bokchoy Chaat. I'm a big fan of Samosa Chaat and not a fan of adding more vegetables to an item I already like, but I thought the chaat was really good. Somehow, the bokchoy, the pomegranate and the chutney mixed together created an amazing flavor profile. We also had the Chipotle Chicken Tikka. I thought it was good, but not a must-have dish.We shared the Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani. At first, we thought the portion wouldn't be big enough to share, but it was perfect for two. And it tasted excellent. It was a little on the spicy side, but I couldn't stop eating it.For dessert, we ordered both desserts that the restaurant carries; the Gulab Jamun Creme Brulee and the Lychee Firni. Both were amazing!! I would come back to the restaurant just to have dessert again! I never thought that a gulab jamun stuck inside creme brulee would go together, but it totally works! And who would think to put lychee pieces in firni? I loved both and you can't go wrong with either.

My friends and I met up here for dinner after I had seen numerous Tiktoks about the lemon chicken and the biryani. Modern Indian food? I'm pretty much always down for that. We started out with the gobi Manchurian, which ended up being my favorite dish of the night. The cauliflower were perfectly fried and stayed super crispy even after sitting on the plate for most of the night. The sauce was nicely balanced as well. I couldn't stop eating this one. We also got the kori sukka, which was a tasty spiced fried chicken dish. It was a bit too salty for me and the chicken a little dry, but we still enjoyed it overall. The main courses were what ended up being a letdown. The famous Kasauli lemon chicken had a nice lemon flavor (though I think I prefer a less sour curry), but the chicken was so dry and overcooked. The lamb in the parsi lamb salli boti suffered from the same issue, and the gravy was pretty mediocre. I've had much better. Finally, the Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani came with a dramatic presentation (a lid that the waiter cuts off at the table for you), but had a flavor that I found totally off-putting. I'm not sure what spice or herb was inside, but I couldn't eat more than a bite of it. It's always a bad sign when no one in your party really wants to bring home any of the leftovers, and this is what happened here. Prices are higher here than what you would expect from your neighborhood Indian joint. However, the restaurant itself is lacking in the vibes and ambience that you would expect from a restaurant at that price point. Despite putting some trendy decorations inside, the tables and chairs are uncomfortable and feel cheap. For the price, the quality of the food isn't up to par either. It's going to be a pass for me.
