The food here is classic diner food. Unfortunately, they are using spoiled and cheap ketchup inside of their Heinz bottles. What other cheap substitutions are they doing here????? I asked to speak with the manager (who wasn’t going to arrive for a few hours…).
For overpriced NY diner food we at least expect quality products that are being advertised as such.
Stop cutting corners and serve quality food and ingredients.
Personally, I will walk the extra 2-3 blocks to find breakfast elsewhere.

Angus Burger which is not Angus or a new meat? Equivalent to French Charal supermarket burgers, well it's our fault we got screwed on the bill because we weren't distracted, otherwise much too expensive regardless of whether it's a good area or not

Good to very good diner food and tremendous, on-it service. But zero stars for value. Turkey burger first time came out to $25! Second time I got it without fries and it was still almost $21! They upcharged me for raw onion! Oh, and a domestic beer is $10! I realize this is Tribeca, where the streets are paved with gold and the walls are lined with cash, but c'mon. I can get an equally priced or even cheaper burger at a Michelin-starred restaurant. What the hell is up with the prices? And upcharge for a slice of onion?

Were here for lunch. Large portions, very tasty. Also something for veggies.
Also recommended with children.
Vegetarian options: Focaccia and sandwiches with avocado, omelet with vegetables and potatoes.
Kid-friendliness: We were able to have food packed.

Loved it! awesome service and food. Ambiance is alright too. People were nice, we did not expect the food to be that good! The 5 members of the family are unanimous, we loved it.

It's good, compared to other restaurants in the same genre (basic American food, very quickly made). We feel that they have a reputation to uphold and that’s good. They also seem inexpensive at first glance. But their menu is too basic, especially for breakfast: by adding extras to get what you want, the price increases really ridiculously.

Went here for lunch on a ferociously hot day in NYC. Very large portions of food at a reasonable price. Close to the memorial to 9/11. Smiling friendly staff happy to accommodate a wheelchair user. Nice place.
Nice, huge portions and great strawberry shortcake!
Great breakfast spot. Really cool diner atmosphere and fast delicious food. Portions are generous.
