I love this place so much and have been ordering from here for like a year almost every week — it’s the best sushi takeout in nyc
My husband angus hibachi, the fried calamari rings we had as appetizers, and the masago nigiri were good but the spicy tuna roll, the spicy salmon roll and the salmon skin roll weren’t: both the tuna and salmon were this kind of purée of the proteins inside the roll that, to start with, was very weird to have cause usually (every other place I’ve went to) you get the piece or chunks of protein inside, and therefore, gave a really non pleasant sensation (overall the salmon was slightly better than the tuna one). The salmon skin was also very bland and had pieces of salmon meat that also gave that weird sensation and ended up being very salted. For a restaurant that has a main focus on sushi it was disappointing. In terms of service: the waitress that started serving us was very sweet even when she disappeared after the first 15 minutes, her colleagues continued with us and also were very nice (although they let enough already finished plates pile in the table before picking them up). They were very present with the water service throughout the meal. Might be worth another chance but don’t know yet.

Great quality sushi and ponzu sauce - my only note would be that the jalapeños have no heat or flavor but besides that my meal was great :)

My go-to for sushi take out and/or delivery. The food has been consist in taste, texture and visual appeal.
I ordered three rolls: eel/cucumber, shrimp tempura and salmon with spicy mayo & crunch added. Everything was fresh and yummy!
Also ordered Pad Thai with shrimp, which was lunch the next day. The dish help up well after being refrigerated overnight because the noodles were still bouncy and the shrimp were just the right texture after re-heating. Delicious!
There is a separate littlestorefront for take out & delivery. I waited 17 minutes for my order which was packed-up well with decent separation of the hot from the cold foods. Nice!
Geisha Sushi is a good uptown sushi joint. 👍

It's one of my favorite places. It never disappoints. I love the sushi, bento boxes, Thai iced tea, and pretty much everything else I've had.
Happy hour food menu very good in taste and value and size. Lunch bento box huge very good. Robbie bartender served me. Amazing .
