I had the vanilla lemon and hazelnut. I would say that the flavors were very milky and lacking most of the actual flavor. Not too sweet, just a little bland? The toppings were limited to only one which was whipped cream.

Good gelato but the crepe game is mid. Staff always seems mad when I order crepes for reason too… leave it off the menu if you don’t wanna do it right

We were 3 people around 10pm on September 29th. The owner of this place should take the necessary measures to hire people who want to work. The "waiter" who served us is a complete slacker, rude (no greeting, no eye contact, cell phone in hand), not helpful at all, and it seemed like we was being begged him for service. As soon as we arrived, he was clearly uncomfortable with having to provide us a service. We were so eager to eat and take home so many desserts and the waiter's bad mood put us off. Please, don't hurt your business with people who don't deserve to be in customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back here even though we liked the gelato. I'm really writing this to you: if this guy keeps working there, you're going to lose a lot of customers.

This place does very well at hiring unhappy, rude, impatient, unhelpful, annoyed, snappy, irritated, ill-mannered, sad, miserable, gloomy, depressed, mournful, let-down staffing. Who gets like that around gelato? I’ve been going there for over a year and they have had only one great worker (so the other 99% not good at all), he’s no longer there, something is going on with this place. Either they lack staff training or good interviewing, or the owners are like this as well. The gelato is ok, I prefer Figo, Venchi, and Julietta. I hope they improve their service. Otherwise it shows no care whatsoever for their customers.

Yes, of course, the gelato was absolutely delicious and the texture was spot-on. But what made our experience amazing was the customer service. Simone was so engaging and helpful, and clearly takes such pride in her work. She absolutely made our day! From someone also in hospitality, Simone’s energy and care for her customers really resonated. Thanks!!
