Easily one of my favorite Italian spots in the city. This was our second visit, and the quality remains great. The Focaccia Robiola and Pappardelle are standouts and highly recommended. I’m looking forward to returning to try the rest of the menu.

Double check your credit card charges and keep receipts from this restaurant as they overcharge (not sure if register issue or waiter giving himself an unauthorized 60% tip). Billing department not helpful. In term of atmosphere, love the decorations of the place and easy to get a table without reservation as it's not busy. Food is ok, nothing worth noting. Will not return.

Amazing experience from start to finish, welcomed with warmth from all the staff & the food was 10/10.
Personally went with the Pesce Del Gi as the dinner option, $43 well spent!
Shoutout to the waiting staff & bartenders.

I didn't expect the Bouchot Mussels to hit me like that but they did! The broth was divine! It's light, fragrant and with the perfect amount of kick from the chillies. If it could be bottled and sold, I'd buy it. Keep this on the menu because it is one of the best I've had in the city. The rest of the dishes we had were also great, from the perfect crust on the pizzas to the scrumptious crumbs on the roasted cauliflower, a nice addition for vegetarians. Would definitely come back.

I called to make reservations for a large party the same day they were able to accommodate.
When seated we were placed in a corner booth tight ans uncomfortable booth seats. They must of realized how cramped we were they asked if we wanted to move, which we did.
Service startes off great waiter was on point but fell off as time went on. We had to search for him for refills. Felt like 20 min went by waiting for him to bring the desert menu.
Food overall was ok.

Looks good but is hollow; bland pasta, bartender doesn’t know what a dirty martini is, I asked for a full-bodied red and got something light with no aftertaste.
Overpriced, overdesigned. Not worth the time of the distinguishing customer.

can be a bit of a tourist spot, but they have good deals on wine bottles and the cacio e pepe is consistently fantastic. I also enjoy their salads

Felt like I was in Europe, seemed right of a side street in Paris. We went for my birthday dinner with 7 other friends. Great simple menu, delicious food, delicious wine, delicious desserts, and very cozy. Had never been, but had wanted to for a while. Great choice for an intimate birthday dinner. Would definitely return.

I hosted my birthday dinner for party of 16 at Gemma Wine room! It was a magical evening. The service, food and atmosphere.. We started with few appetizers then pizzas and mains, great wine selection and very well crafted cocktails.
Thanks to Gemma Manager Nikola , and one of the best servers that I have met in NYC Albert.. Albert, you were great! Thank you.
