Always a great spot for a group meal. Service was quick but not rushed and the food was delicious. Thank you!

A perfect place to eat when you are going to the theater! Food and drinks were excellent as well as the very accommodating staff. Bathrooms were very clean.

A great place to hit up before the theater. While close to Times Square, it didn't feel like it. I had the most delicious mocktail & the best eggs Benedict I've ever had.

Great place conveniently located near Lena Horne Theater steps away. Staff is wonderful. Menu is diverse. My steak was a bit overcooked and underwhelming. Small glitch with desserts....but overall a great option pre-theater.

I would not recommend this restaurant if you want to have a nice, enjoyable meal. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like a nuisance. We had a reservation, and the host looked at the computer screen and walked upstairs to the dining area. When he returned, he said that he could offer us a bar table. I responded that we had a reservation and were expecting to sit in the dining area. He said we would have to wait 45 minutes, so we took the bar table. Within minutes, someone else told us that we could move upstairs in 5 minute, so we got up from the one table and were told to wait by the front door (a cramped entryway). Once seated in the dining area, the waiter (who was very nice and attentive) seemed like he couldn't get us out of there fast enough. We ordered drinks and appetizers. He took our meal order at the same time, and the appetizers came out less than 4 minutes before our entrees. The food itself was decent, but nothing spectacular. We ordered 3 filets and a NY strip. Our bill came out to almost $400, and we were in and out in approx 35 minutes from the time we were seated at the table. We had expected to have an enjoyable family meal for my daughter's 19th birthday, and it definitely was not that! They didn't even mention her birthday even though I noted it on the reservation. Wish we would have gone elsewhere!

Perfect for after theater. Wide range of food choices, all delicious. Staff especially professional and courteous

4 out of 6 meals were unsatisfactory My friends' sandwiches were served on stale bread and was sparsely filled Salad was appetizer size for the price of a main course This used to be my go to restaurant but it was extremely disappointing this time

There are some many positives to this place, don't know where to begin. The Host at the door named Elli was awesome, sat us right away(we had reservations, but it wasn't packed at all). He was polite and very chatty and super helpful about telling us where to go and what to see. Oh yeah we're from California so definitely new to NYC. Server was on point with drinks and service. Food was amazing, my steak was perfectly cooked and the family's food was delicious. Ate everything so nothing to take back to the room. Will recommend to others for sure and will go back next time back in NYC.

So noisy you can’t speak or hear your dining companion. A group of 8 was so loud several patrons moved or left. Staff did nothing to accommodate the majority of their guests who found the loud table obnoxious. Food is adequate but not worth the headache - literally.

It was fine but probably won't go back. Too many better places. I wanted a spinach and cheese omelette but the one on the menu had bacon in it. I asked for no bacon and was told there are no substitutions. But I could do a "make your own" omelette with spinach and cheese for $8 more. Why would I want to do that? I'd get less (no bacon) for a higher price? Silly that they couldn't accommodate me as a vegetarian. It was busy and loud so service was a little slow. Food quality was good.

An odd thing happened: my bother and sister meet once a year to go to a show, we picked Glass House as our pre theatre meeting spot. We were seated, my sister decided she didn't want anything off the regular menu so looked up the bar menu and found something. We were then told, we could not oder off the bar menu in tat section of the restaurant, the two were not connected. So they moved us to the bar area where my sister could order what she wanted and my brother and myself could still order what we wanted off the exact same regular menu we had in the previous section of the restaurant. Absolutely makes no sense that they had to reseat us as we ended up ordering as we wanted to anyway. Just wasted our time. Regardless, the meal and service was solid.

We were here years ago & it was fine. This time: poor service, loud, main dish dried out, salad limp, dinner rolls a day old, brought dishes before finished with previous ones, hostess snooty, coffee undrinkable. Never again.

Laura, Kiana, and the entire staff were wonderful the entire night for our private event. They were so lovely and attentive to everyone, including our helpers. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
