I love this place! The cashier Abby is awesome, her warming smile makes lunch time so much better!! The quickness of the kitchen almost feels like a grab and go!!! Highly recommend if you like teriyaki

Nice concept but terrible food quality. I ordered the chicken and broccoli. I received mostly sticky rice, a few pieces of burnt pieces of dark meat and 5 pieces of broccoli. Terrible food quality and value. I will be going across the street to Sweet Greens for great food. Also, you're charging the same as Sweet Greens but you have to order from an ipad and the food sux.

I recently ordered the $14 chicken salad from this place based on the website description, which promised cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and beans in addition to chicken and greens. When my order arrived, it only had chicken and greens. I asked about the missing ingredients and was told they weren't included. Only after showing them the menu description did they reluctantly add the missing items. Very disappointing experience—I'll never return.

Good tasting food for the price but they are very stingy with veggies and protein and instead make up for it with rice. It’s an unhealthy amount of rice that no one should be eating in one meal.I guess they do this to make up for how much little of everything else you get, but I would much rather half the rice and twice the salad and god forbid a little more protein. As of now I always leave still hungry

I came to pick up my dinner order I placed on MP for the first time. I was a few minutes late and the app wasn't allowing me to scan but the attendant was able to help me anyway! She was really sweet and made sure I got my dinner. I made sure to email MP after so they marked it as picked up.
The food itself tasted so good! I had a steak teriyaki bowl and it was a good portion for me and I thought it was well cooked. It had some crispy bits and not too chewy, the teriyaki was fragrant and mixed well with plain white rice :).
Awful noisy and smelly vents on to the sidewalk. Imagine what the food must be like.

Not worth the price. I paid 23 for a steak bowl (with tip) and it was meh. A lot of rice and not a lot of anything else of value. I guess there is enough first time customers in the city for them to be ok, but I won’t be returning.

I ordered here not knowing that I said it was for dine so when my food is ready I went to the guy to pack it for to go, but all of them (men staff) was giving me a look, shaking there head and very rude because of changing it. So unprofessional, specially the black skinny guy shaking his head while Im looking at him because of my change request. I don’t recommend the staff working here not so friendly at all.
