I think the prices are decent especially for the area but the service needs improvement. The workers were pleasant and patient but they moved very slow. It took them quite some time to make smoothies for my co worker and I (we were the only customers at the time). And the smoothies tasted ok. I’d go again just try another kind of smoothie and their frozen yogurt.

I really love this place. I nearby and go here often. They have a great selection of freshly made organic juices, smoothies, boba tea, snacks, froyo, and more.

The quality of this place has really gone down. Food doesn’t taste fresh. Owners are very rude. Prices are way too high. Will be going to Heavenly Market at least I get what I pay for there.

I went in because I saw a Google review that mentioned this was the best Boba tea in the city. I’ve been to many NYC Boba cafés and go cups is one of the worst. But the service was really nice. I just would never go here for Boba.

I love Go Cups. They have truly healthy, yet delicious smoothies, as well as other healthy options. The staff are really nice, too.

Dont ever go here. Complete rip off. Got a protein shake. They only put a half a scoop of protein and say that "thats their scoop" pay $11 for a 16oz shake with a half a scoop of powder.

They have some of the best bubble tea in the city. I always get the matcha one, it comes with non-dairy creamer and it’s so yummy :)

Walked in with my 11 month old during morning hours. Ordered an açaí bowl where I was told that they were unable to sub any of the fruits... fine! The establishment was super empty and it felt as if I was being rushed out of their spot when changing a diaper. Not friendly at all!

I have come here several times for coffee and they are pretty good for that. But I brought my toddler in on a Sunday afternoon after a long day of activity, and needed a cup of warm milk for her, in addition to my normal order of a small coffee. Normally most places will charge me a nominal fee for this ($1 at most). They charged me $3 for a 12 ounce warm cup of milk. When I told them I just need 8 ounces, they said they had to give me 12 ounces cause that's the standard size so they had to charge me that amount. I had no choice. A 1/2 gallon of milk in the grocery store is less than that, at about $2.50. I will not come here again with her.
