Good morning to whom it may concern, I would like to continue to support your establishment but I think it comes with the price of high pressure, I'm a valued customer who have family business in the area and also do work in the area, I'm told that the customer is always right but I like to be realistic, I hope I'm the customer that is considered as right in this instance, I come in for breakfast and lunch sometimes and I try to support with colleagues and family members also, there's an instance I came in and the garage at the front was very overwhelming that I had to point it out to the lady that was cashing and to make matters worse I brought someone with me from a different country and this was to be there first experience of having Jamaican cuisine, that was not a good look, the other thing is something I pointed out to the chef and this is why don't you guys have the calaloo separated from the salt fish? It's like there's an obsession with saltfish or it's your way of stretching the calaloo, you have ackee and saltfish, butter beans and saltfish, probably cooked up saltfish so on and so forth, you have people that are allergic to fish and would like to have the calaloo and the option to add saltfish from the many saltfish dishes you have, also just having the calaloo only can be part of your vegetarian option, please look into this I ask kindly, so that the saltfish don't give us high pressure thank you.

I ordered the beef patty with coco bread and ginger beer. The beef patty was so crusty. The coco bread was on the hard side. Overall, the order was not soft and fresh like it used to be.

Funny but not funny. I place an order on Uber Eats at 9am for jerk wings (menu that said it was available) and porridge. My order was getting delayed and delayed. Only For me to call them and learn that they don't serve jerk wings until 11am. So for 2 hours they've kept the order open turning away Uber eats delivery people because it's not available until 11am. The lady I spoke with told me it would be cancelled and still it hasn't. Don't even waste your time with this unprofessional place. If you know something won't be available for two hours cancel the freaking order instead of being greedy for sales and having someone wait 2 hours until you decide something is available. Or better yet take it off the menu until it's available. This place really needs to do better. I understand businesses are struggling but this way of doing things, this business will continue to struggle.

This is the best golden crust location in all of NYC. No other golden crust has such a wonderful staff like the one here on 125th street. They have a lunch special that caters to the community of hard working individuals. A lovely and friendly staff as well as the best food. I refuse to eat anywhere else for my lunch break.They are always so consistent with flavor and portion sizes! Please come visit them and get the jerk wings!!

Absolutely terrible service I was in here for close to 40 MINUETES! The staff is dismissive and rude, attitude to anyone who doesn't look or talk like them. they are more interested in stirring the soups and counting patties then actually serving the customers. The meat to rice portion is horrible, chicken was dry and cabbage was cold. Don't ever eat at this nasty prejudice place!!!!!!

I was waiting for M60 bus and saw this place. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice with beans, a bit of cabbage all to go. He added oxtail sauce on top. It was really delicious, amazing flavors with kick of spice! Really good, can’t wait to try more of their food!
