Got their mango milk tea and it was pretty good. Drink is higher quality than some other boba shops and it isn’t overpriced either. Friendly staff.

Quality bubble tea, from US to Cali. Love that you can customize the sugar levels as well. Good for diabetic family members

Love gongcha! I got 0% sugar strawberry milk tea and my husband got 0% sugar taro milk tea. I love their holiday gingerbread bottle seasonal drink. The cutest bottle with amazing taste drinks! Two ladies who worked today were super nice and courteous as well!

Great drinks and nice quiet atmosphere with seats, a rarity in Manhattan boba shops in the area, so a great place to sit to decompress for a while.

Gong Cha really does have that consistent quality! The milk foam green tea is a great choice—it's creamy and refreshing. Plus, dialing down the sugar to 50% really lets the tea flavor shine through.

Great customizable boba! Ordered on the touch screen - there were no other people waiting so the drink came out within a couple of minutes. 50% sweet was plenty for me. Delicious mango flavor, boba, & pearls.

JustToday I had my first Gongcha experience in NYC. I've known about Gongcha for several years because it's a popular boba brand in South East Asia, so I was excited to try it during my short trip to NYC. Boba tea is my favorite drink, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the Gongcha experience this time. The black pearls texture were not as chewy as I had hoped for; in fact, it was crumbly which made it the worst boba I've ever tasted. On the bright side, I appreciated being able to adjust the sugar level to my liking. The staff were professional and friendly, which was great. However, I have to admit that this Gongcha spot is not my favorite in NYC. Sad, but I hope they can improve in the future."
