The service in this store is really bad. We waited for five minutes at the front desk to place an order but no one paid attention to us. The first waiter turned around and left directly because he thought our English was poor. We then got a Chinese-speaking waiter, but he was extremely impatient and even took our order wrongly.

Love gongcha! I got 0% sugar strawberry milk tea and my husband got 0% sugar taro milk tea. I love their holiday gingerbread bottle seasonal drink. The cutest bottle with amazing taste drinks! Two ladies who worked today were super nice and courteous as well!

Gong Cha really does have that consistent quality! The milk foam green tea is a great choice—it's creamy and refreshing. Plus, dialing down the sugar to 50% really lets the tea flavor shine through.
