This is easily our favorite Gong Cha location! Situated right in the Fulton Center hub, clean and it’s incredibly convenient whether you need to cool off from the summer heat or warm up during the winter.

Came in at 4:15 pm 02/15 and NO one was at the counter. There was 2 other people already waiting to be assisted. This is not how customer service should be especially that the clock by the window shows the time I as there.

Went there at 10.20pm today and walked a long way with heavy snow to get there because on google it's says close at 10.30pm. I asked the staff for a drink and they said it's closed. I asked what time they close and they said 10.15pm. So what is the closing time?!

I’m so happy to see Gong Cha here in New York! This is one of my favorite milk tea brands from South Korea. I’ve been to Korea many times, and I always make sure to stop by Gong Cha for their milk tea—it’s consistently delicious and refreshing every single time.
I ordered my usual: classic milk tea with black tea, 30% sugar, and no boba. I love that Gong Cha lets you customize your drink exactly how you want it—sugar level, ice level, and toppings. The tea flavor really comes through, not too sweet and not too diluted, which makes it taste authentic and satisfying. You can actually taste the quality of the tea instead of just milk and sugar like in some other places.
I only came to New York for a day, but I had to stop by as soon as I saw Gong Cha. I’m so glad I did! Everything tasted just as good as I remember from Korea. I really hope they open a store near where I live because I would definitely be a regular customer. Gong Cha never disappoints—highly recommend for any milk tea lover!

super fast and best bubbles out of the gong cha locations i’ve visited. not over the top on the customer service front (not in a bad way, but don’t expect overly friendly service or for them to stand and chat about the weather, they are busy but still nice) but anyway i don’t need them to be — fast and high quality tea is more than enough :)
