Lovely shop with vegan alternatives!
Unfortunately they don’t have the taro flavor :( which is a bummer. They also have loyalty rewards
Maybe I caught them at a bad time towards the end of the day, but my bubble tea was kinda so-so. The drink was fine — I asked for 30% sugar and it was still a bit on the sweet side. But the boba was over-cooked and gluey.
I’ve had Gong Cha elsewhere and liked them a lot — so I might give this place a second try.
Made me a peach tea with 50% sugar, but it came out much sweeter than at every other location. I asked to remake, and they made me an even sweeter one. When I suggested something might be wrong with their syrup, they insisted it's always the same. Had to throw out a $7 drink. I'm glad I didn't tip.
Nice place, and great boba! Took us a bit to find and they ran out of the black tapioca pearls so we got the white ones, which weren't as good but we're still decent.
They were fast but the bubble tea itself wasn't good.
OMG the worst boba ever!!! Asked for 0% sugar but it's sooooooo sweet😑😑😑😑😑Never return.
The drinks are amazing, and I love the customization options. Gong Cha is the perfect spot to satisfy my bubble tea cravings.

Drinks were poorly made and were missing toppings. Ordered 6 drinks and all drinks were overdosed with sugar. Please avoid at all costs unless you want diabetes.

The bubble tea was poorly made. More training or discernment in hiring the right people to make bubble tea. Bubble tea is a specialized culinary art for people who understand Asian cuisine.

They’re pretty fast! Reliable boba and milk teas, not the best but it’s consistently good. It’s located street level at the Fulton Center subway station next to Krispy Kreme.
I appreciate that Gong Cha uses real fruit in their fruit teas. You can taste the difference!

Beautiful station and awesome to have a bubble tea shop inside. No issues with the drinks, this is our favorite chain and it's super consistent. We'll be back for sure as long as it stays open!

The prices are reasonable considering the quality of their drinks. It's definitely worth paying a little extra for a superior bubble tea experience.
