Be careful guys. I ordered a drink there two weeks ago and the male staff claimed that my credit card was declined even though it showed accepted. After I asked him to review the charge, he didn’t even look at the machine and he insisted that my credit card was declined and asked me to use another credit card. It ended up both my credit cards were charged?

Tried the taro milk tea with pearls at Gong Cha, and it was delicious! The taro flavor was creamy and sweet, and the pearls were chewy and fresh. A great choice if you're looking for a tasty bubble tea!

Anytime I get Gong cha, I always look for a new flavors to try. This time I got a Mango Coconut in a large with popping mango pearls. I also got another for a friend but in a medium. Let me say that this drink is a great combination of mango & coconut. Adding the popping boba in mango flavor also elevated the taste. I highly recommend trying this out. Although I have been enjoying each new drink I try here. Glad to see it never disappoints!

I wish I had checked the reviews first! The store is run by brats. They have a bad attitude towards customers and provide poor customer service. My issue was that despite asking for ice, my drink had none. When I complained, instead of addressing the issue, the cashier guy, gave me even more attitude and rolled his eyes. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
What a horrible experience! This place is so crowded that the staff barely pays attention to the drinks they serve. You have to guess which one is yours. Besides that, my drink tasted very strange, as if the bubbles were expired! I will never come back here again!

Poor service! I went to order a mango slush and I never mentioned milk. I always order slushes but received the mango slush with milk. I told the cashier manager that I did not ask for milk because I’m lactose intolerant and he said to order another one. They did not care I don't recommend this place!
