Please train your staff to be more respectful. For an example, when the customer calls you over to the register when they are ready to order, dont pretend like you dont hear them. When the balance is due, you tell the customer the balance and hand their change to them, you dont stay quiet and put the change in the table and walk away. Service was fast, but the drinks are just ok.
Went there today ordered 3J drink. No pudding Inside also I call the store but no one pick up the phone.
Probably the worst Gong Cha in NYC. My ordered is no pudding inside.
Recommend avoiding this one!
Bad service, low standards.
Probably the worst Gong Cha in NYC, ordered an XL with boba, got a cup full of ice with barely any boba in it.
Recommend avoiding this one.
I always get my drinks from gong cha and i really like it. The employees were ignoring us in some minutes.
Honestly an easy and reliable yummy experience. I had to experience a nearby place along 5th avenue to have a much better appreciation of this place. Easy order experience with bestsellers called out, it's helpful for those new to the brand. Anyway, Taro Milk Tea w/ regular boba with regular ice is my go to. Never fails. No seats here but you have plenty of K-Town around you to choose from.
Every time I come to this gong cha the girls never have the boba ready. They always say the same thing which is that I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes. There is no reason why a boba tea shop should not have boba ready and prepared. I literally waited today for 20 minutes after the store opened to give them time to prepare the boba because I knew they were going to tell me it wasn’t ready and guess what? The girl told me that the boba was not ready once again. They either need new workers or they need to be retrained by their manager because they literally suck at their job.
Took my order wrong and said I never specified. I got a mango milk tea when I said I wanted a mango milk with mini pearls. They have no idea how to follow instructions, I literally saw them put ice when I asked for no ice and they scooped the ice out with a dirty spoon
Closes earlier than the posted hours most of the time. A worker was flat out rude when I tried to ask a question. “Can’t you read?” she said.
If you want an expensive specialty drink, this is the place. The strawberry matcha was delicious. The inside of the store can fit 3-4 people standing. They have a kiosk or cashier to order your drink.
Tried to ask a question but the worker with glasses yelled at us and said they didn’t have any drinks, only water, and told us to get out. Went to times square instead workers were more mature and calm.

Lazy staff didn’t open the store even though it was past 11am and I was visibly waiting outside. They looked at me and went back to their phones. Went to Kung Fu Tea across the street and got much better service.
Says open till 10:30 but was closed at 9:43
Try that creme brulee strawberry latte‼️ it's absolutely fire. Also, this particular location seems to make it the best
just a normal bubble tea drink, nothing special. very small place.
I cant say something special
Good on their milk tea. I ordered the normal
Black pearl milk tea.
The boba pearls taste old,the milk tea itself
Taste bland, tea wasnt been soaked well to release its tea flavor.
I cant say if needed to give a second chance but who knows.🤷🏼♀️
