I usually go to another location of Gong Cha and it never disappoints, but this place got everything wrong. Firstly, I ordered a Taro drink with pearls and they didn’t add pearls at all, which I realized when we brought the order home. Secondly, my fiancée ordered a Mango milk tea and ended up getting just milk tea no mango Recommend going to another location

While this Gong Cha is clean and well-kept, the drinks were disappointing. My milk tea and my friend’s matcha latte were both watery.
This visit was a reminder of why I usually avoid Gong Cha—powder-based drinks just don’t deliver on flavor or quality.
Stopped by out of convenience, but now I’m reminded why I try to avoid this brand.
