Ordered a brown sugar milk tea with pearls and on the price list it was for $6.75 but the server added $7.50 for the drink and added extra dollar for pearls.the drink said brown sugar milk tea with pearls . She told me extra 75 cents is for hot tea and pearls is extra . I felt cheated cause it’s not about the extra dollar fifty but the integrity of the shop and transparency of the price. This felt like cheating as they don’t disclosed or ask you if the extra charge is ok ?? When i questioned they said different location has different price almost with no Shame and no explanation which almost felt like audaciously stealing from me without the need to clarify. Never going to gong cha again , almost felt robbed and bad business practice . They should be banned from running this business

Nice bubble tea here. Might suggest that they open up their menu to more drinks without caffeine, that aren’t just iced slush/smoothie types!!

Pick up the phone 1 in awhile. You guys ignore late at night and I even had an employee pickup and berate me for calling because she s busy. Dude are you the 1 paying $40 for an Uber Eats order just to get it wrong?! The nerve and ignorance on these employees is unmatched. Phone service is part of your establishment. Whoever runs this store teach your employees to stop avoiding phone calls any time they feel like it which is every other day late at night and around lunchtime

After a long walk in times if you are frustrated, go for mango slush, you will never forget the taste! It was awesome!!!🔥🔥😍😍😍

It was pretty good. We got the coconut pearl tea with added boba.

Took 30 minutes to get the drink. The boba was overall okay, but not worth waiting in a scorching hot room full of people waiting for their drinks. The workers were also very slow at making the drinks.
