Good Thanks Cafe feels like a little slice of Sydney tucked into the Lower East Side. The space is minimal and sunlit, with just enough edge to remind you it’s still very much NYC. The menu leans Aussie-style brunch think avo toast done right, soft scrambled eggs, and house-made chili oil that adds the perfect kick.

An overpriced but very good drip coffee. $4.50 for a drip coffee is kinda crazy but like ya it was delicious.
I also ran into my cousin from Australia here!! And he vouched for the quality of the coffee so that’s saying something.
They can do to go coffee. The cups leak a little though.
Cute interior. Cute signage. Cute place overall.

My small group was rushing to have something delicious and sit down before a tour at the nearby Tenement Museum, but only had 30 minutes. We asked the staffer who greeted us, Adam, to be honest if we could make it work. He handed us menus and said, “Of course, I’m a NYer.” Fast and friendly service, food was delicious, plus a charming space. We made our tour with five minutes to spare. Thanks, Adam!
